
We've been notified by the community association of a Roofing Project in the Regency Community starting April 1st, 2025 for 2.5 months.
The work will impact units in buildings 6, 7, 8, and 9, which must be unoccupied during the entire project.
To determine which building your considered condo is in, know that the first of the 3-digit unit number identifies which building that condo is in, for example unit 221 is in building two. The Poipu Kai Association has not provided a definite time frame but expect the work to run from April 1st, 2025, with a tentative completion date of June 14th.
In consideration of this we will adjust and discount our rates accordingly for the available buildings 1 through 5. Should you choose to proceed with your booking within the Regency complex, please note that there may be relocations to ensure there are no occupants in the impacted buildings during their scheduled work. We encourage you to consider one of our many other beautiful accommodations for stays during these dates.
Should you decide to proceed with booking and your preferred accommodation is available and selected, you and your guests may experience noise from the construction work from 7:30am to 6pm on Mondays-Saturdays, and the closing of the smaller of the 2 Regency pools. Parking on Poipu road will be available as the assigned parking spaces in the east wing of the lot will be closed due to the spaces being used for construction equipment; this includes building 5's assigned spaces. Parking on Pe'e road is not permitted.
