Deposits & Payments:
An initial deposit equal to 25 percent of rent is required at time of booking unless the reservation is booked within 30 days of the arrival at which time payment in full is required. Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival for those reservations booked outside of 30 days of the arrival date.
Cancellations & Refunds:
With 30 or more days advance notice prior to arrival date, 100% of funds received from the guest will be refunded. Cancellations with 29 days or less advance notice prior to arrival date, no refund will be provided.
Date changes are allowed with 30 or more days advance notice prior to arrival date. No date changes allowed within 29 days of arrival date.
