This was a very nice condo. All the furniture including the beds were very comfortable and in great condition. From here you can see Brenneke's beach and the ocean and hear the ocean just enough. Very lush gardens right outside lanais. So in the morning, the birds singing is wonderful. Being an end unit with lots of windows allowed the trades to cool the unit perfectly. Can’t say enough of how much we enjoyed Manualoha 205. Thank you, we can’t wait to return.

We loved it here! You can walk everywhere....to the beaches, to the Heritage Trail, snorkeling, restaurants yet the condo had so much room & was so comfy, we didn’t want to leave.

We had a fantastic time here. It was an amazing accommodation in a great location. Truly felt like home away from home, and just a short walk to the beach! We had plenty of space for our family, never felt overcrowded. And the ocean view from the upstairs balcony is incredible. Even though the interactions were brief, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly as well! I highly recommend this place, a great home base for our Kauai vacation.

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. Upon walking into the unit, we were so pleasantly surprised by the phenomenal ocean view from the main living area and lanai. The pictures don't do it justice. The complex is very well maintained and is centrally located to the beach, restaurants, and stores. The pool is lovely and is a very short walk from the unit. The ocean view from the pool is a huge bonus. We also really enjoyed having access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club. It was a short drive or a very nice walk from the complex. All of the amenities at the Club including the bar and grill are fantastic. We had a really wonderful stay and would only suggest that a small AC unit be placed in the master bedroom. It got very warm and lacked the beautiful breeze that keeps the rest of the unit cool. Thanks, again. We will definitely be back!!

Excellent service in all aspects of this rental from Sweet Paradise! The property was a good fit for us with a great kitchen and amenities. The location was perfect for us! Close to beech and pool location. The best part of the unit was the location in southern Kauai and the proximity to the ocean. We have no negative comments.

A very nice unit with a great view. Very convenient to Poipu Beach and Brenneke Beach. Very nice pool. The condo unit was room, bright and generally well decorated. There were some issues you would not expect for a luxury unit. The built in micro-wave was out and a hole in the wall not attractive. Suite Paradise did put the non-working microwave back to cover the whole but never did replace it in our two weeks there. There was a loaner microwave not of good quality and took up room on the counter top. The dishwasher had issues and that was replaced while we were there. The kitchen was not well equipped and many of the utensils and items were of low quality. The drawers in the chest of drawers in the master bedroom wanted to fall out when you used them. The umbrella on the upper deck was broken and not replaced or fixed while we were there. Initial cleaning could have been better and we had to replace several burnt out light bulbs. Suite Paradise was generally responsive to these issues. Nelson with maintenance was outstanding. We would stay at the unit again with the expectation the items mentioned would have been addressed and fixed.

We couldn't be happier with accommodations. They condo was great the grounds were amazing and overall a great experience. We especially enjoyed the way the condo was laid out, with the bedrooms being on opposite sites of building really gave our party the privacy we needed. Just overall a great place and I will defiantly rent it again.

Great unit in a great location. We could have breakfast on the deck and watch the waves crash on Poipu Beach, walk to the tennis courts, walk to Kalapaki Joe's for lunch, take the paved trail down to Shipwreck Beach, and the unpaved trail on for miles more. Really a great place at a great price!
