This was such a great location. A 10-minute walk to Poipu and Shipwreck Beach meant we never had to fight for parking. The property is very comfortable and well-equipped for families too. We loved using the outdoor grills and the pool. Would definitely recommend this unit as a home base to explore Kauai!

Can’t be beat. 10 minute walk to the best beaches in the world. Great for boogie boarding, toddler splashing, and snorkeling. Condo was perfect size for 5 adults and one toddler. Loved that they provided all of the equipment for our child. Easy to communicate with. Would stay here again for sure

The property was great, the pool was great. Enjoyed the proximity of the beach to the condo. Condo is super comfy and easy to kick back in. The coolers in the bedroom are a big plus. All in all we write you a five out of five. Thank you.

After hours check-in was so easy! Friendly, helpful staff throughout our stay. Easy walking distance to Poipu Beach and Shipwreck Beach. Access to Poipu Beach Athletic Club was included with no additional charge to use tennis courts or use equipment. Good amenities - blender, microwave, washer/dryer, however, an update to the CD player/radio in the living room would be great as there was no AUX option to plug in our phones to listen to our music. Overall, excellent stay and would DEFINITELY stay again!!! Thank you!"

The property slept 9 comfortably as advertised. Room was clean and former tenants added to the closet stash of toys (snorkeling gear; infant booster chair, child life jacket). We purchased and left a rice cooker. Clean, and with a wonderful management team, we would, and will, do this property again. Only comment - only two rooms have air conditioning but you get used to working windows.

After staying at a different unit for 5 different visits, we were a bit hesitant to stay in an unfamiliar unit. However, we were pleasantly surprised as Regency 524 had everything we could possibly require for a vacation in paradise. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children, close proximity to the pool, vaulted ceilings, 2.5 bathrooms, etc. We were extremely comfortable. The only aspects of the unit that could use a little sprucing up are the appliances in the kitchen (a bit dated) and the electronics. The living room utilizes a small, CRT television & only one of the bedrooms had a television. While those items did not bother me, one adult member of a party thought the omission of televisions in each bedroom coupled with the low quality / technology of the main living room television was disappointing.
