Important Notice: Ongoing Roofing Project in the Regency Community

We'd like to inform prospective guests that a roofing project will be
underway during your stay if you book a unit in Regency from 4/1/2025 to 6/20/2025.
In consideration of this, we have adjusted and discounted our rates
accordingly for the affected dates, should you choose to proceed with
your booking.

If your preferred accommodation is available and selected, you and your
guests may experience noise from the construction work, and parking
spaces for buildings 5 through 9 will be unavailable. We kindly advice using the assigned parking space, visitors parking, or Poipu Rd.

We appreciate your understanding during this time and remain committed to ensuring you have a pleasant stay!

Wonderful place to stay. I did not realize there was no central heat and air and the first couple of days were in the high 70s; super humid but there were lots of fans in every room plus a whole house fan. It was a great location and the staff was totally amazing. Highly recommend.

I really wanted to give this place a horrible review, but only because I want to keep this gem to myself!!! The place was awesome and every one of my family members (7 of us) were very satisfied…which is a difficult feat! The property was perfectly located and it was a quick walk to the beach. The access to the beach club was also such a bonus. Kitchen was well equipped and beach gear was provided (rare for beach rentals). Everything about this place was exactly what we needed. Can’t wait to return!

Wonderful place to stay. The condominium easily accommodated our three families together. Nicely laid out gardens. Easy access to nice pool and spa. Easy walk to beautiful beaches A bonus was the admission to the Athletic club. The whole family had a great time and we would highly recommend it to others.

#522 is amazing. We have a 3000 sq ft home and I swear this condo has more kitchen wares than my real home! The condo was super clean. Great layout. Super close to pool. We had three cars and no one had problems finding empty parking spaces. We used the grill at the pool and it was clean and functioned perfectly. The pool was saltwater so very easy on the skin. Lots of windows and fans to keep your cool. Extras like the bottle of wine, hotel-style bathrobes, kitchen spices, laundry, and dish soap made our stay easy. We loved the unit and hope to return soon!

Great space, stayed here with 10 people and it was indeed big enough! Beautiful master bedroom, with a high ceiling. The snorkel gear, boogie boards, and beach towels made our lives way easier. 5 min walk to Poipu beach with great snorkeling, kid-friendly area, sea lions and turtles! The super responsive host made everything smooth.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was spacious and comfortable for the 7 of us that stayed there. It was close to the beach and great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay while on Kauai.

We enjoyed a three bedroom, three bathroom condo within walking distance of beaches. It was very comfortable for the six adults (three couples) who shared it, and provided a base from which it was easy to do things together and separately. Although we tended to eat at restaurants most evenings, the dining area was perfect for the family dinners that we did have at the condo. The combination of ceiling fans and smaller portable fans for each bedroom kept us very comfortable at night. One inconvenience was that we had two vehicles and, returning at night, sometimes we had to search a bit for parking. It was not an issue for us, but the stairs to the condo would be an issue for some guests.

This place was beautiful loaded with many extra's for the family to have a nice time and feel at home. I loved that it had a vacuum so that we could keep the place clean and tidy. We cook a big breakfast every morning which was great. The only problem was the humidity and heat during the day was so intense it felt like a sauna despite the fans and all the windows open. The upstairs room was by far the hottest room and very uncomfortable because of the heat. This was a beautiful home large to accommodate the family comfortably but just too hot.

A group of 8 of us stayed here last week and it was truly a great place to stay and quite affordable. It is decorated so cute and is very roomy. The beds are super comfortable and the fans so nice to have. The upstairs loft bedroom was too warm at times so the girls slept on the couch downstairs and said it was also very comfy. There were 3 Boogie Boards available and some snorkel gear for children. There were also 10 beach towels so no need to pack your own. This condo is close to 2 pools as well and has a wonderful trail to the beach, which is within walking distance. The food at Brenneke's is recommended, and the drinks at the Marriott in Poipu were the best - ESP the Lava Flow. We rented cars and saw the whole island - only downfall was no AC in the condo upstairs but was an amazing stay. Suite Paradise was awesome.

Five of us stayed in this unit for the weekend. The place was very clean, nicely-furnished, and spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return on our next trip. Check-in and check-out procedures were both quick and easy, and we were greeted by a friendly and efficient staff. Highly recommend this unit to families and groups. One thing I should note is that the water heater is small, and on the first day, we ran out of hot water after 3 of us took shower. We resolved this problem by taking a 10-15 minute break after each person taking a shower.

Been travelling between the islands for athletics events for my teams and this place will definitely be added to our list of places to stay. Modestly decorated (photos don't do justice), reasonably priced, awesome location (near the ocean) and best of all quiet.
