We'd like to inform prospective guests that a roofing project will be
underway during your stay if you book a unit in Regency from 4/1/2025 to 6/20/2025.
In consideration of this, we have adjusted and discounted our rates
accordingly for the affected dates, should you choose to proceed with
your booking.

If your preferred accommodation is available and selected, you and your
guests may experience noise from the construction work, and parking
spaces for buildings 5 through 9 will be unavailable. We kindly advice using the assigned parking space, visitors parking, or Poipu Rd.

Featuring a split AC, this 1478 square foot property is situated on the second and third floor on a beautiful private corner surrounded by gently rustling palm trees and a beautiful garden view. At the top of a short flight of stairs, you enter a large living room with the dining room separated by a breakfast bar from the expansive kitchen, featuring all the amenities. The condo is decorated in tasteful island tones and kick-back comfortable furniture under cathedral ceilings. The living room lanai is large enough for breakfast or cocktails and informal moonlit dinners. The cool shade from the surrounding palms gives the indoor and outdoor space a welcome oasis from a long day at the beach. The Master bedroom features a king-size bed, private bath, and separate lanai, while the second bedroom has a king-size bed with a full bath across the hall, and the third-floor bedroom is open and roomy with two twin beds and a half bath. The condo luxuriously sleeps six, and the fold-out couch allows up to 8 guests, thereby making it the perfect place to stay on your dream family vacation to Hawaii!

This condo was exceptional for our party of 8. I want to highlight the garden view from the balcony. While there is a condo across from you the majority of the view is a long stretch of grass with landscaped trees and bushes. Arguably one of the nicest balcony views, aside from a condo with a beach view, in this complex. Suite Paradise responded quickly to any concerns/questions that I had. 2 times we called housekeeping for an item ( an additional baby gate and dish soap) and each time it was delivered in about 20 minutes. Excellent service. We took the short walk to 3 different beaches many times. We also walked to restaurants and to a board rental shop, where we rented a surf board and a boogie board. Please don’t hesitate to rent this condo!

Absolutely gorgeous Airbnb and location. Walking distance to the ocean, spacious living room. It had a beautiful, clean, Hawaiian vibe interior and we felt very comfortable and at home here. There was a coffee maker + a couple coffee packets to make the coffee. It was a great experience!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Suite Paradise. Everything was as advertised and then much more. The unit we stayed in was equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and snorkeling gear which was great for when we went to the beach. The pool area was amazing with great views of the ocean. They even left a welcome gift which was much appreciated. Will look to stay here in future!

This was a wonderful place for my wife and me to stay with our four teenage grandchildren. Only a short walk to the beach, plus the kids like the use of the athletic club. 
Note that there are only two room air conditioners - one in the master bedroom and the other in the loft - so it gets warm in the afternoons. But, there are plenty of fans to help keep it comfortable.

We stayed at Regency 321 in mid-June, which is as stated - family friendly. It came with a pack n play w/ mattress and free baby gates. We only ended up renting a high chair. Although space was comfortable enough for up to 8 to stay, I'm sure more could fit, as most of our family ended up on the living room floor on a futon and couch cushions to sleep. It was nice having the portable AC units in the master BR and upstairs loft. However, it was still a little hot and humid in the rest of the space and somewhat manageable with all the fans going, closed blinds and open windows. (Would be 5 stars, if it had central AC)

We were really close to the pool and only a 10min. stroll to Poipu beach. My kids (three - 6yo and younger) all loved swimming at Poipu beach! Beach towels were provided to us. There were also outdated beach chairs, beach/pool toys, boogie board and a baby floating device.

The kitchen was pretty well stocked with main appliances (including hot pot, toaster, coffee pot). A neighbor even came over to borrow the crockpot. We were given starter dishwasher and laundry detergent pods. We still brought our own due to skin sensitivities in our family.

The master bath has a walk-in shower w/ handles, perfect for anyone in the family needing assistance. The main bathtub has "high" walls, making it difficult to climb over, but awesome for bathing the kids! This unit is on the 2nd level - again, something to consider if a family member has a physical disability.

The staff at Suite Paradise were friendly, kind and responsive.

We would definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful condo, lots of amenities, all instructions were super easy, even arriving after hours. Gorgeous master bedroom, comfy beds, nice added air conditioners. We didn't cook, but there was everything needed to cook fantastic meals there! Super close drive to Poipu Beach. Couldn't be happier.
