Great location, great staff, thought it had air conditioning but it didn’t, but with the winds we didn’t even need it! Definitely a wonderful place to stay!

We loved staying here. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy Kauai. The place is spacious and stocked with beach towels, chairs, toys, and an umbrella for fun in the sun. A paved pathway leads straight to Brennecks, Poipu, and Shipwrecks beaches. We also enjoyed the two pools and hot tubs available and the little touches like coffee and laundry detergent provided in the unit. Overall it was a wonderful trip and we'd love to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Paradise Poipu. The unit is perfectly situated, just minutes from the beach, groceries, coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. The less than 30 minutes' drive from/to the airport is easy and beautiful. The place itself was super clean and had a very nice welcoming touch with a bottle of wine and two chilled glasses waiting for us in the fridge. The condo pool/hot tub is steps from the unit so it’s very practical with independent kids. The grounds are gorgeous and there is a lovely path through the whole property that leads down to the main Poipu beach. Amenities were fine and the beds were comfortable. They had beach towels for us which was very nice not to have to bring our own. All in all a great place.

This location was comfortable and conveniently located near several places of interest, for snorkeling at Poipu Beach and Turtle Cove, garden walk at the Allerton and McBryde botanical gardens, hiking at Koke'e State Park (west Kaua'i) shopping and plenty of restaurants and food trucks just a short drive down Poipu Road. Our suite was clean, offered plenty of beach towels, washer and dryer, and overhead fans to circulate the breeze. There was a pool available, but you're so close to the beach (short walk) why not take the stroll to the pacific. Very pleased with this stay.

This unit was awesome. For the price we paid it was worth it!!! Beautiful inside and out. Love the fact that there were two full-size bathrooms and a washer and dryer i didn't have to overpack. Having a full-size kitchen we were able to cook in the unit and save us money on eating out. The only thing bad was it was really hot and not all the time the wind blew through the unit making it a little uncomfortable. Maybe a portable air conditioner or something to cool the unit down would be good. I would rent this unit again for sure when visiting Kauai again.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The condo was clean, modern and well equipped. It would have been nice to have a "short" list on the closest food market, gas station, hospital or urgent care and pharmacy.(We were provided with lists but they were lengthy.) We enjoyed the closeness to the beach but found the pool too close to the condos and it became noisy at times.I can't wait to spend another vacation at this resort.

The 310 Regency Unit could stand some better blackout drapes for shutting out the early rising sunshine and daylight. Could use a phantom screen on the front door like the entry door across the entry area. Well equipped for beach things, although we did not use them this visit. Noticed that the floor tile and the counter tile was not the best quality for wear and tear. Had some trouble with the Internet service, but finally did get that fixed by the supplier for the duration of our stay. Otherwise, great resort so close to the beaches. The service was great and we will be planning another stay.

We stayed in Regency at Poipu Kai 310. It was very well equipped, very clean and well maintained. Only drawback was no AC. However, ceiling fans in every room were sufficient in that area of Kauai. Pool was located very close to the unit. Overall a wonderful stay. Suite paradise staff was extremely friendly, accommodating and always had a smile. We will definitely come back and use Suite Paradise services in the future! Mahalo!
