We'd like to inform prospective guests that a roofing project will be
underway during your stay if you book a unit in Regency from 4/1/2025 to 6/20/2025.
In consideration of this, we have adjusted and discounted our rates
accordingly for the affected dates, should you choose to proceed with
your booking.

If your preferred accommodation is available and selected, you and your
guests may experience noise from the construction work, and parking
spaces for buildings 5 through 9 will be unavailable. We kindly advice using the assigned parking space, visitors parking, or Poipu Rd.

We loved out stay at this location. Being right above the pool was great for our family. You could hear the pool noise in the evening at all. Great location for the Poipu shops, and incredible beaches. Lots of good beach accessories. Wagon, chairs, umbrella. Would love to see this VRBO get some new knives. The ones in the room were VERY dull even with sharpening. Dull to the point of not useable. The headboard in the master needs to be attached to the bed or wall. Every time you roll over in bed it hits the wall. This VRBO has nothing in it for seasoning or oils like previous ones we've been to. Overall experience was AMAZING.

Our family had a great time. We found plenty of activities for the little kids, 7 and 5. Beach within an easy walk, with turtles and seals. Perfect for beginning as well as more advanced snorkeling and boogie boarding. Hiking and easy day trips rounded out our stay.

This place was perfect for our family of 8+2 babies. Teenagers slept on the couch which was very large and comfortable. The adult couples had very comfortable beds in three bedrooms. They had pack and plays for our babies ready for us to use. It was very clean and perfect spot. Very easy access to the beach and tennis courts. Lots of walking paths. Rental agency mentioned there were not chairs, boogie, boards or wagons Available at our place but we found all three options available on the back patio . The hot tub and swimming pool were great too. As well as the gas grill. We use the kitchen a lot as we cooked most evenings. Lots of options for bowls pans, and cooking utensils.

The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were essential for each couple to have some space to themselves. The lanai was lovely and we were able to fit all 6 of us by adding a couple chairs. The couch is amazing! Where do we get one? The property was clean and management was very responsive - the fridge filter needed replacing and they had it done within a couple hours! Everything was excellent, would definitely come back!

The condo was well stocked with beach towels, 6 beach chairs, umbrella and starter kit of toiletries. We requested the 2 extra rollaway beds (keep in mind that these accommodate children or small teens). Great beach & restaurants within walking distance. Mahalo

We had two families stay here, 3 children ages 4, 8 & 11. Plenty of room for every one (8 people total), very clean and a nice layout. The older kids had the upstairs bedroom & bathroom which provides enough space for them to sleep & play, but there are only shutters (not solid walls) to separate that bedroom from the living room/kitchen area downstairs so light and noise can be an issue at bedtime (unless they're exhausted from playing outside all day!). There are ceiling fans and portable fans but not A/C upstairs. We stayed in February, which is a cooler month for Hawaii, and the upstairs was quite hot by evening time. The two downstairs bedrooms each have an A/C but the fans were enough with the windows open to sleep comfortably at night in February. The apartment is otherwise GREAT! The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dishes. The living room was very comfortable with a lanai that overlooks the pool. Close proximity to the pool means you can hear voices there but we didn't mind and having it so close was a bonus with our kids. Quiet hours at the condo complex means it's quiet by bedtime. There are several beaches within walking distance: Brennecke is great for playing in the sand and watching sunsets (5 minute walk), Poipu/ Baby Beach is perfect for kids to swim & snorkel (12 minute walk), and in the opposite direction is shipwreck beach with great tide pools and a long stretch of beach. Little Fish Coffee is also a quick walk and has great coffee and breakfast! Communication with the management company was easy and maintenance issues were addressed quickly.

We spent 12 days at this rental property and it had everything we could possibly desire (and more). One feature we really liked was the combination lock to enter - 1 less key to keep track of. A key is needed to enter/exit the pool area which was nice because you knew anyone who was in there was supposed to be. There are 2 grills, which we used a few times. The hot tub at night was great as we watched the night sky. VERY relaxing! It is definitely a non-smoking condo.

The kitchen was completely stocked with everything you might need ---- dinner dishes & bowls, eating utensils & kitchen knives, spoons & spatulas, pot holders & cutting boards, mixing & storage bowls, mixer, measuring utensils, peeler, grater .... you get the idea. It has everything! The dishwasher works very well, and was NOT loud and obnoxious.

The 2 downstairs bedrooms have AC units, but the upstairs loft does not. We found that if we used the oscillating fan on the bedside table and left the screened window open, it was comfortable enough to sleep. Each closet has plenty of hangers, and the drawer/closet space was amazing.

There are 3 bathrooms, 2 downstairs & 1 upstairs. They are stocked with enough linens that we never ran out. There were 2 or 3 blow dryers, and an ironing board and 2 irons.

Across from the washer/dryer closet is a "beach closet" where you'll find 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and a lot of sand toys and small fins (for a child).

The photo in the picture makes the couch look purple, but it is not. The decor of this property was warm and inviting. You'll find a binder with all the helpful information you might want about the facility and the island, reading material in the drawers below one of the 3 TVs, island information books, etc.

The walk to Poipu beach was at the edge of the property which is very manicured and gorgeous. This beach has a safe area (shallow water protected by a rock wall) for children, an area for snorkeling, and another area with bigger waves for boogie and surf boards. Right down the way (a few minutes in the car) is Shipwreck beach, which has bigger waves, but no snorkeling. This is where our kids (older) liked to be because of the waves.

Would I recommend this place to a friend? I already did! Unfortunately (for them) it was already booked for the dates they need.

Great location in Poipu. Very close to the pool and the unit has access to a hot tub and not all units in this complex do. A short walk to the beach and a short drive to many great restaurants. This unit was very well equipped and very large which gave everybody their own space which was nice. The grounds are immaculate and very well kept. Overall a very pleasant stay and Suite Paradise that manages the unit did an incredible job on check in and check out. Very well managed.

Regency #221 is on the second/third floors overlooking the pool. The condo is beautiful. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and there was everything you could want in the kitchen. I would highly recommend this unit for a family vacation or large group.

The location was great, the condo was spacious and had an outdoor bbq that we used. It was hard finding the path to walk back from the beach was the only problem. My friends and I had a poor sense of direction and forgot to notice the exact path to return--and it was dark. So, advice to others. Notice something more than the flora and fauna, so you can return easily. Loved the whole vacation and the experience

A great unit on a wonderful property. Worked well for a party of eight: 2 grandparents, 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren (3 to10 years old). There was enough room for everyone to have their own space -- the grandparents using the master bedroom with its own small lanai. The unit is well equipped. We enjoyed the pool and did not find it too far from the unit - less than a 5-minute walk. We'd return for sure.

Was my 2nd visit to Kauai, 1st was on a cruise ship so not really sure where to stay. I saw this condo at the beginning of my search and after pouring over hundreds of possibilities, I happily returned to this unit. The unit was as depicted, clean, very well kept and equipped with everything needed. There were 6 of us, plenty of towels, washer/dryer, AC and the kitchen more than met our needs! Some of the best beaches on the island were within a mile of the unit. Advertised as walking distance, but could have proved quite a walk.
