This condo is in great shape and just like the pictures. Our family of 5 had plenty of room. This is a great location and is near both the pool and Shipwreck Beach access. It has a nice ocean view and is close enough to hear the waves breaking. We only stayed 4 days since we spent the first half of our trip on Oahu. We would definitely stay an entire week to enjoy all the amenities.

Very nice condo. Just a few suggestions.  Getting the television to work was a challenge. Never could get the bedroom TV to even turn on. It would be nice if the condo had at least plastic wrap and aluminum foil. More laundry soap too.

We enjoyed our time in the flat a lot. It is such a luxury flat with loads of space and the view is exactly as on the photos. We were able to checkin 2 days earlier by just calling them on that morning and they left the keys and a map how to get there in a dropbox because we arrived in the late evening. There was coffee for us and a welcoming bottle of wine in the fridge - very nice hospitality. Also we were given directions to a supermarket on arrival. The flat had plenty of towels for us plus beach towels too and a spare bedlinen so we could change during our 11 day stay. All in all it is pricey but if you want this type of holiday it is absolutely worth it.

We stayed in PS 424 in 2011. We appreciated the upgrades, especially the new appliances in the kitchen. I love to cook and this kitchen had it all. We like the single level floor plan. The property is quiet, great pool and wonderful places to walk. Fruit stand up the road, fish market in Koloa, etc; like I said, like coming back home to Kauai. Oh, yes, we had a great time.

This condo is beautiful!. The beds are super comfortable. The master is huge and you can lie in bed and here the ocean! The kitchen is very well stocked and you can see the BBQ from the lanai. It was so quiet the week we where there I thought we were the only family in the building. My boys played tennis every night -never had to wait for a court. There are so many magnificent beaches very close. You can walk to shipwreck beach but it is pretty rough. Even my teenage boys found the surf to be too strong. But we drove -only 8 mins - to Poipu beach where they took surf lessons and it was beautiful. The most amazing discovery is turtle beach-only a few mins walk from the condo! It is also an easy walk to the Grand Hyatt for great restaurants and don't miss the free show at night with hula dancers and hawaiian music on a fabulous terrace overlooking the ocean. Poipu sands is in the perfect location to explore the south shore and an easy drive to the west coast for Waimea canyon and fabulous deserted beaches! Mahalo Kauai and Poipu Sands for an incredible vacation!

The condo was fantastic. The grounds were well manicured and clean. This is a second floor unit, but even though there were other guests above us, we never noticed. Having coffee on the balcony in the morning or taking a stroll down to Turtle Beach to watch the turtles was my favorite (short walk). Next door to the Hyatt Regency if you feel like people watching. We will absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful, well furnished condo; excellent ocean view. The shower/tub combination is dangerous and has no grab bars. There are no instructions how to operate the very complicated dvd player to show movies on the TV. Suite Paradise very courteous; great condo overall.
