Poipu Sands 321 entry level on the second floor embodies:
*A spacious living area with ample seating that includes a sofa, loveseat, and two single cocoon chairs each with plump, comfy cushions.
*A 43" flatscreen TV with steaming capability and a Bose sound dock brings movie night or enthralling sports games to life.
*Small desk area for work or school.
*Dining area with seating for four guests plus two dining stools at the kitchen bar.
*Remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, multi-hued cabinetry, and multicolored backsplash accent the stainless steel refrigerator including freezer, stove range with oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Additional amenities include a percolating coffeemaker, blender, cutlery, silverware, dishware, cookware and bakeware.
*Recessed lighting along with a variation of decorative lamps throughout brightens and enhances the living, dining, and kitchen areas.
*Ceiling fans augment Kauai's cool easterly tradewinds.
*Spacious lanai overlooking the verdant lawns of the Poipu Sands complex, the Poipu Sands heated swimming pool, and the vast blue of the Pacific Ocean. Lanai dining for four is perfect for meals alfresco. Two lounge chairs are provided for enjoying a favorite book or taking in the beautiful scenery.
*The guest suite offers two twin beds that can be combined into a king-size bed (upon request), an AC cooling unit, a ceiling fan, and ensuite access to the shared guest bathroom.
*Guest bathroom with double vanity sink and gorgeous tiled walk-in shower.

The Poipu Sands garden courtyard offers community gas grills and picnic areas perfectly situated for a fascinating view of Keoneloa Bay (Shipwreck Rock) or the tropical flora adorning the area. Enjoy tennis? Poipu Sands has its court just for owners and guests within the complex. The Poipu Kai Resort pool and jacuzzi located next to Kalapaki Joe's restaurant is a leisurely 8-minute walk from Poipu Sands 321. Brenneckes and Poipu Beach Park are only 10 minutes walking to the west of this home and Shipwreck's Beach is only 2 minutes walk to the east. Scenic walks, hikes, shopping, restaurants, tours, golf, surfing, snorkeling, diving and so much more are within a 1/2-mile to 3-mile radius of Poipu Sands 321.
Poipu Beach Athletic Club elite membership is included with reservation for registered guests. Located only a 1/2 mile from Poipu Sands 321, the club offers a resort-style pool with a waterslide, toddler sand pool, jacuzzi, tennis, pickleball, gym, and the Cabana restaurant.

*Spectrum Internet Service with Wifi up to 100 Mbps
*Linens, bath, and beach towels included.
*Liquid dishwashing soap was provided and replenished.

Just returned home from a perfect week in Kauai. The condo is in an incredible location and is exactly as described. Walkable to both Shipwrecked and Poipu Beaches. Super comfortable for our family of 4. Primary bedroom has a beautiful lanai as does the living room area. All very spacious. Easy communication with Suite Paradise crew who made check in/check out and everything in between super easy. Access to the beach club is a great perk for families…we had fun playing pickle ball then enjoying an acai bowl before spending the days exploring the beaches and hikes. Highly recommend taking the easy hike from the condo along the cliffs past Shipwrecked. Great 5 mile round trip easy hike to do early in the AM. The condo has chairs and a cooler which makes all of our beach days even easier. We rented umbrellas and snorkels at a local place as well. Hope to come back again!

We had a lovely time staying in this ocean front property! It's a wonderful location close to shops, beach, snorkeling, and a short walk to Atherton Botanical Garden. The condo itself is very clean, well-stocked with bathroom and kitchen supplies and has a convenient desk (if you must work). Community washer and dryer are coin operated and just down the hallway. Free access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club is a nice addition, as well. We will definitely come back. Thank you for having us! :)

We had a lovely time staying in this ocean front property! It's a wonderful location close to shops, beach, snorkeling, and a short walk to Atherton Botanical Garden. Our family had a great time at the Poipu Sands condo. Great location close to the beach and just steps away from the pool. We would definitely recommend Poupu Sands.

Beautiful condo in a beautiful area. Easy walk to beautiful beaches. Nice views of the ocean, as shown in the pictures. The place is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building so expect a lot of stair climbing. The main and master suite balconies are large and private, both with views. We didn't have any problems so there was no reason to communicate with the agent other than check in and check out. The instructions on checking in after hours and the house systems were good. We would happily return to this place or another Suite Paradise unit.

Loved the location. Great unit if you like to swim. Also a stones throw away from the Grand Hyatt Kauai. Check out their swings along the ocean and feed the Koi fish. Enjoy!

We loved everything about this condo and Property. The property location is perfect and within walking distance to so many things. The layout of this condo is unique with Master Bedroom upstairs, which gives a nice separation of space if traveling with friends/family. Although the unit is set back further from the ocean, the views from both lanais are very beautiful and you see the ocean quite well. In addition, we could hear the ocean quite well too, which was wonderful to fall asleep to. Very clean and well equipped condo, which did have A/C units for both bedrooms- very nice on the more humid days. The location to the pool was fantastic! Will definitely rent here again!
