This is the perfect location! We chose it because of its closeness to the Grand Hyatt where friends were staying. Expectations we exceeded! We arrived after hours and the after-hours key pickup worked great. We will stay here again! Hint: If arriving by taxi keep it as the condo is a bit of a walk if toting lots of luggage.

"Thank you so much for an incredible stay. The condo was magnificent! We arrived late and getting our check-in package was super simple. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome bottle of wine in the fridge waiting for us. We were exhausted from traveling and it helped to relax and unwind. The receptionist was very pleasant the next morning when we went to check-in in person. She helped us also get a car rental since we had changed our mind after we got there. As for the condo itself, it had pretty much everything we needed including beach towels, beach chairs, kitchen with all cooking tools that you could possibly need, etc. It was quite spacious and comfortable. I was mildly worried about not having A/C but after spending the first day there, we realized it wasn't necessary at all. The wind constantly came through the condo creating a very comfortable environment. The local tip guide binder was also extremely helpful in selecting dinner locations and things to do. Furthermore, we made a mistake when booking our reservation and Suite Paradise went out of their way to fix it for us. We highly recommend this host. It was unbelievably worth it!"

Our stay at this location was great. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and we were able to stay comfortable with the fans and nice breezes. I was worried that we had no air conditioner but we actually enjoyed the fresh ocean air.

Lovely location, property managers were super responsive and helpful. Loved the pool and view from the patio. Directions on how to work the TV would have been very helpful. The dining room fan was broken but they supplied us with a portable one. Thanks for a great stay!

We've stayed in a number of different condos in Poipu Sands over the years and 315 has been the best. It is so well remodeled, equipped with all wonderful amenities, very clean and comfortable. The view was excellent for whale watching and romantic dinners on the lanai. The location is very convenient for a short walk to the swimming pool and to see the sunset and the turtles. Great unit.

We have just returned from our vacation in Kauai and our stay at Poipu Sands 315. This is a really nice condo with a fully equipped kitchen and everything needed for a couple. Free Wi-Fi. And this time we noticed that the TV remote has a Netflix button so if you stream at home, all you need to do is put in your password to have access in the condo. The staff in the reception are so nice and helpful! If you have a problem, all you have to do is call and they are right on it. We encountered a couple of pests in the condo this year but a maintenance person came right away and addressed the problem. We especially enjoyed the pool which is just a few hundred yards away from the lanai. The barbeque grills are a nice feature. The location can't be beaten for access to the beach and nearby attractions. The ground floor is ideal for an elderly couple. We have already booked for next year.

My fiance and I stayed here for a week in July and the condo was perfect for us. We had a lovely partial view of the ocean, close to the pool, and the parking was right outside the condo. Check-in was super simple and easy. The condo itself was fabulous! It's clearly been renovate in the last few years and they did a great job. The kitchen was all updated and had plenty of dishes, appliances, silverware, and other utensils to use. It had two bathrooms and the bedroom was wonderfully large and comfortable. We especially loved the patio and enjoyed listening to the birds and ocean at night. We would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone.

Chose this condo location to be next to friends staying at Grand Hyatt. It was perfect for me to walk on the path back & forth while my husband worked in Lihue. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed! We were sad to leave! Mahalo, Dena

The condo and the whole complex was great. Also as an added bonus this condo had a beautiful view of the ocean. The sound of the crashing waves was magical. I highly recommend this condo.

Suite Paradise was wonderful to work with, just like we remembered from our visit last year!! The Poipu Kai property & this unit Poipu Sands 315 are just perfect for us!! We love this place, it's quite & in a perfect location! We watch the sunrise every morning & the sunset every evening just steps from our condo! The finishes in the condo are lovely, clean, & inviting. We purchased a cooler & left it in the condo when we stayed here in 2013 & were pleased to see it was still in the unit ready for us to use again! You've literally got everything you need for a wonderful stay in sunny south Kauai! We use the pool at least once a day, it's set under the palm trees & is always a nice way to cool off in the afternoon sun! We use the BBQ's almost every evening & love that you can cook your own meals & enjoy all the fresh fish the island has to offer... not to mention the Kauai Shrimp! Ono indeed!!! We are coming back next fall & are already counting down the days! Thanks again PS315 & the lovely people of Kauai, we miss you already...we'll see you again soon!!

This condo was great! My wife and I were there for 11 days, and would definitely return to this place in particular. Close proximity to 2 awesome beaches, multiple shopping locations, and golf was perfect for our needs. The finishes inside the condo are very nice and the main floor unit made it easy for access with groceries and luggage. The open layout and 3 ceiling fans in a one bedroom made the temperature in the condo quite nice considering the high temperatures throughout our stay. The only negative would have been the firmness of the mattress. The bed is due for a replacement, but we called the property management company and they were nice enough to bring us a foam topper that helped. Can't wait to return!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our first-time visit to Kauai. It was so nice inside; spacious, nicely decorated, fully functional kitchen. It's one of the closest condos with beach access, just a very short walk on a paved path. Definitely exceeded our expectations, and would consider staying here again the next time we visit Kauai.

Short distance to Koloa & beaches. Service was wonderful. The location was ideal. Some home furnishings need to be replaced - lamp shades, bed spread, & fan arms. These items prevented me from giving an excellent rating.

We stayed in PS #315 for 14 nights mid Oct. 2013. All was as we had hoped it would be and it exceeded our needs in many ways. The view was to die for and the brightness of the condo and the amenities provided exceeded our expectations. There was some renovations happening one suite above and one over,(we totally understand the need for these happenings) and that is the only reason my rating are not "excellent". We would not hesitate to rent this condo again at a future time.

We have visited other islands, this was our first trip to Kauai. I knew I wanted to stay in the Poipu area based on comments from friends & family. I found Suite Paradise during my search for the "perfect condo in our budget". I couldn't be happier that I found them, our experience was really wonderful. We were offered a Mai Tai when we arrived to pick up our keys & the service just got better from there. The unit was clean & the pictures on the website really don't do it justice, it was really lovely! The finishes are beautiful, really top notch. There is also many beautiful art pieces in this condo, which made it feel both homey & fancy! There are no photos of the 1.5 baths on the website & they are just as beautiful as the rest of the condo. Everything is finished in beautiful hickory, black granite and all marble floors. The view from the condo is lovely. I was so pleased at how close it really was to the ocean & same distance from the pool. We used the pool each afternoon to have a cold drink & cool off, it was really nice & clean with additional grills for cooking. We usually prefer a 2nd or 3rd floor unit, this is on the ground floor and I will say, I will never go back up. It felt like you had a back yard, you could put your lounge chair out etc... it was a very nice. The condos at Poipu Sands feel very private, like you have your own place. It was a really nice place to stay & I feel like we got a steal by finding this condo. We used the many, what must be miles of walking paths throughout the entire Poipu Kai resort area, it was a nice bonus. This condo is so close to Shipwreck Beach, Brenneke's Beach & Poipu Beach Park. Shipwreck is right in front of the beautiful Grand Hyatt, probably 200 yards from this condo. We also walked to Poipu Beach a few times, everything is really close, it's perfect! We're coming back next fall with the discount that Suite Paradise provides returning visitors! We can't wait to return to PS 315! Mahalo for the hospitality SP!

Our service at check in was excellent. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The home is very clean, well equipped and the bed is very comfortable. The Trade Winds flow through very well in the evening for cooling. You can see and hear the ocean from the lenai and Shipwreck Beach is a short walk. Conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and all South Shore visitor attractions.

My girlfriend and I were pleasantly surprised at how nice this unit was when we entered. Nicely decorated and the bed and furniture were very clean and comfortable. There was more than enough room for the both of us and the ridiculous amount of luggage we had. This property is located between the beach access and the pool with the grills close by. The view of the ocean is wonderful from the patio. Service was perfect. Great restaurants nearby, but I recommend getting some steaks from Costco and using the grill. There is no A/C, but there are ceiling fans throughout. I do not like to be hot at night and I was comfortable. It is a place where we will definitely return in the future.

This condo is beautifully upgraded and very comfortable. It has a great location being a lower unit. Perfect for kids to run around and play outside in the grassy area. Very close to the pool which was also convenient. The only negative thing I would say is that it states the condo sleeps up to four. I assumed there would be a sofa bed in the living room couch and there was not. The couch was extremely comfortable, however there was no sofa bed to accommodate two additional individuals. The corner couch unit was also not large enough for two adults to sleep on it, maybe two small children. I was alone with my son so it was not an inconvenience for us but if someone plans on bringing more than two people to share the bedroom, beware of the sleeping accommodations. The tile floor throughout the condo was beautiful and very easy to sweep up and keep clean. Overall, my son and I had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed our stay in the condo!

The unit was large and beautifully designed! Very clean and modern with a great view of the oceon from the spacious patio and lawn! The pool was conveniently close and a great spot for relaxing in the late afternoon! Definitely a place we will return!
