This house is beautiful, super clean and very comfortable. The location is quiet and amazing because it is close to everything. The managing company was always quick to respond to our questions. My only suggestion is that the 4th bed upstairs should not be really advertised as a bed for adults. The area was warm for some reason and it had no blinds in the windows (it was a loft open to bellow) so the couple sharing that bed could not get a good night sleep. Kids probably would not mind. Great stay!

Don't hesitate to stay here! This house has it all - beautiful sunset views, an amazing outdoor hot tub/pool, access to the Athletic Club, and a location that feels close to everything from dining to beaches. We traveled with 3 young kids and this place was perfect. Suite Paradise was such a great company to deal with - super responsive to all of our messages, very friendly and helpful staff, and upon arrival, They lent us multiple baby items and were also so kind to let us extend our stay till noon on the day we were flying out. We are already thinking about our next vacation here...

Our stayed at the Kolepa house was absolutely amazing. The house was clean and bright and big and beautiful, the lighting touches were nice and the fans, the kitchen is well-stocked. The pool was lovely hot tub is great, we need to ask for propane for the fireplace which was not a big deal ... they came right away. There’s great air conditioning with a Nest in every room. They have Sonos speakers. Alexa. Which was temperamental... And plenty of TVs and an Xbox !!! Just go to big save  and Costco and fill her up. Kick back and enjoy the good life! Aloha. We had a fabulous time at this home. It had everything you could possibly want, it was immaculate and had a wonderful backyard to relax in overlooking the golf course. Great sunsets! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. And Suite Paradise was so accommodating in any of our requests and always answered promptly. They were terrific!!

We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed to make it a success. Definitely will stay here again!!

We cannot day enough about this wonderful property! We were 2 families with 5 kids. The pool and hot tub were a big hit! There were even pool toys for the kids to use. The house itself is beautiful and very very well appointed.

We had the BEST vacation ever thanks to this beautiful Poipu vacation home! This home is so beautifully designed, spacious and offers the most incredible amenities like a heated pool, gorgeous hot tub, plenty of bedrooms, a beautiful kitchen perfect for cooking large meals, an outdoor grill, a golf course, and so much more! It is the perfect place to stay in Kauai, and especially in Poipu. It is right down the street from the beach and several delicious restaurants. It wasn’t truly a magical stay. I can’t wait to go back!!

I’ve stayed at several airbnbs, resorts, and homes on Kauai over the years. It is rare to find a place that has all of my requirements, but this one did: Close to a great beach and food, a private pool, great view, space for friends, full modern kitchen with appliances/grill.
Pool was warm and house was clean, had a nice spacious feeling upon arrival. Didn’t experience any negative things about this unit. Certainly recommend.

Beautiful home with private pool and jacuzzi. Extremely clean with comfortable beds and bedding. Walking distance to shopping center so we walked there for breakfast every day. Access to fun beach/pool club with gym that we also walked to. I am planning on staying here again and would definitely recommend this home to everyone I know.
