This was my first VRBO experience and I was not disappointed! The home was a perfect layout for our 8 person group. The dining and living spaces were generously sized and very open. The kitchen was VERY well equipped with items like a crockpot, vita-mix, instapot along with a plethora of utensils/pots/etc. There was even a large amount of basic spices. Having a private pool, hot tub and grill were super convenient. We really enjoyed having a private pool/hot tub and grill area. When we were at the home, we primarily lived outside where we were able to enjoy the water view along with whales, dolphins and Turtles from the comfort of our back yard. The property location was incredibly close to local beach/shops and restaurants. We were worried a bit b/c the property does not have AC, but we found, during our stay, that it was a non-issue. The temperature in the home during the day and at night was comfortable, and I very much enjoyed sleeping with the windows open to hear the surf. Maybe at other times of the year, it could be a problem, but during our stay in February, it was a non-issue. We had two small maintenance issues with the property during our stay which were addressed promptly and professionally by the property management company. All-in-all we were extremely happy with this property. If/when I have occasion to go back to Kauai, I would definitely rent this home again.

Amazing house, great location with a tremendous view of the ocean only feet away. The sound of the waves breaking on the rocks is there whenever you want it (and not when you don't want it). Great place to stay!
