This was by far my most favorite place I have ever stayed, even better than a resort. The house was impeccably clean and fresh, and they provided us with more than enough towels (bath, hand, face, and beach) for the week. The neighborhood was great, very short walking distance to the Grand Hyatt and Shipwreck Beach. Super close drive to everything else on the south shore. I very much appreciated the two packets of coffee to start us off before we could go get groceries, and the laundry pods and dishwashing detergent they provided. The ladies at the check in counter were also very courteous and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here, we felt very at home as a family of five with three kids 11 and under!

I myself did not stay at this house, but my employees did let me know about their stay. My employees were blown away at how much space there was, I had 5 guys in this rental and they all stayed there very comfortably. The managing company/owner made accommodations for a roll away bed on the day of their arrival due to the pull out couches being too close to open them both up, it was very nice of them to do that. My guys said the beds were comfortable and the house itself was very clean. They had everything they needed for their stay, I recommend this place for business or big families!

House is great with a good layout and tons of gear to enjoy water sports and beach days. The full kitchen and BBQ on the patio made meals very enjoyable. Comfy beds and nice decor. Fans worked well to cool the place at night, although it is warm during the day. Service was great and all the amenities we're provided.

This home was the perfect stay for our group of 10 friends. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the general layout of the home was perfect. The living and dining room are adjacent to double door access to the lanai. Kauai as a whole was an absolutely breathtaking experience and the ease and hospitality of Paradise Suites on both the front and back end of the trip were much appreciated.

Cannot say enough good things about this home and the experience with checking in! Great location, just a 10 min walk down to the water. The house has beach gear, towels, snorkel equipment...it was great. The only downside to this spot (as with many in Kauai) is the lack of AC. In August this was kind of rough! Otherwise, everything was wonderful
