It is located within one of Poipu’s newest, upscale neighborhoods on the Kiahuna Golf Course. This 5-star home features a spacious open floor plan, pool, spa, and a lanai.
The large living area is furnished with comfort in mind and invites you to kick back and watch the flat-screen TV. Don’t be surprised if you get distracted by the panoramic view out of the glass doors. The dining room table on the screened-in lanai comfortably seats eight and is adjacent to the gourmet kitchen. The master bedroom is accompanied by a stunning en-suite bathroom. The master bath has a freestanding bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and another beautiful en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has twin beds that can be converted to a king and is next to a bathroom with a walk-in shower for your convenience. The fourth bedroom had a queen-size bed and a bathroom. Additional amenities at this vacation home include split air conditioning in each of the four bedrooms, a spa, a swimming pool, and WiFi. This home is a short walk from the best swimming beaches in Poipu. Family of 7 adults This was perfect for all of us. Beautiful home with floor plan where we could all be together for meals and visiting. Beautiful and peaceful location that was minutes from the beach and small restaurants. The house was very easy to find. It was very spacious, clean, and functional for 7 people (could accommodate 8). The small backyard with the pool and view on the golf course was quite pleasant! We had a few questions/requests during our stay and the agency was very friendly and responsive and we could not have asked for more. Rental was not cheap but it's Hawaii! All in all, great location, great house, great service and I would definitely go back.

My extended family of 6 enjoyed a fabulous stay at the Kauai Beach Dream House rental by Suite Paradise. The pictures and description were 100% accurate - absolutely beautiful home in a picturesque enclave on a golf course. From the day we arrived, Suite Paradise both proactively communicated and responded very quickly to every need that came up, from heating the pool and spa to getting extra paper towels. It is obvious this is a professional outlet that is accustomed to hosting discerning vacation rental guests and we would absolutely choose Suite Paradise again.

Our family had a wonderful time at the Kauai Dream House! It was a beautiful and spacious place in a quiet neighborhood for our 7 adults and 2 babies. The 4 bedrooms with own bathrooms were perfect for our needs as well as the great condition of the provided pack-n-plays and highchairs. We enjoyed hanging out in the open kitchen/living room space with plenty of room for all. As a bonus, the glass sliding doors fully opened to the screened-in lanai with comfortable seating and dining table. It was very nice to have the pool/spa along with the outdoor space for the little ones to play. The access to the athletic club was used by all for the gym and pool area. Suite Paradise was a great host! They were responsive to our inquiries and questions with messages back within minutes. Received communications throughout the process including booking, detailed instructions on the check in and out procedures, and asking if we needed anything while there. Definitely will book through them again.

We loved the open kitchen/living room and the beautiful bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The pool was great as well, as was access to the athletic club. Only downsides for us were the construction in the area and the fact that the home is a little far from the beach and restaurants. An easy drive everywhere, but we thought things might be a little more walkable. If you're a golfer, this is the house for you.

This property exceeded our expectations, which were high given the price point. Our party consisted of 5 adults and 2 children aged 12 and 14, three generations! We utilized all 4 bedrooms, with each one having its own bathroom/shower. The central great room and kitchen area had marvelous pull-through breezes when the sliding glass doors were open to the screened porch. This gave us full advantage of the tradewinds, while the bedrooms stayed comfortably air conditioned. Kitchen was well appointed. Backyard pool was delightful. The house sits mid-fairway on the Kiahuna Golf Club course giving it an expansive, park-like feel through the view-fence. Convenient access to two shopping centers and multiple restaurants within 2 miles, and a Starbucks within a pleasant, one-mile walk inside the neighborhood. Several Poipu beaches also within a 2 mile radius. We would most definitely stay here again.

Home was wonderfull. Having 4 bedrooms with 4 baths, an open kitchen and living area with a great fenced back yard; pool and hot tub make this home an awesome vacation choice. Location is close to shopping, markets, dining and Starbucks with easy drivable access to Poipu Beaches and Grand Hyatt Hotel.

Such a lovely, relaxing home to stay in while visiting the island of Kauai. The home is extremely well kept and created such a pleasant experience for us while winding down during the evening after a long day of activities especially with the gorgeous backyard equipped with the pool/hot tub. Our group also felt that the home was in a great location for getting around the different parts of the island. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!!

Where to start? The house was so well laid out for 4 couples! Four comfortable bedrooms and such a plus to all have our own bathroom. The house had a great flow and ambiance. There was lots of room. The kitchen was great...lots of space and extremely well equipped. Nice to have choice of glass stemware and also plastic for around the pool and hot tub. Pans/dishware high quality. We cooked meals in the house numerous times and had everything we needed. The BBQ was used often and worked well. The Lanai was such a perfect place to have our meals and simply sit and soak in that view! The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and high quality. The neighborhood was quiet. It was a plus to have the mini plaza at the bottom of the community. The beach was only a 2 min drive away or approx 20 min walk. Very handy. We had lots of hot water whenever needed.Having a washer and dryer extremely useful. The 8 of us spent much time out in the hot tub or pool. I think it was the jewel in the property! The styrofoam cooler was handy but maybe a sturdier/heavy duty cooler would be helpful. Loved our time here. Hoping sometime to come back.

Gorgeous home inside and out. Layout, decor, amenities. From being a super host and personally providing everything possible to guests, I can personally say these hosts also did the same and thought of everything. Will be back and will stay again.
