The upper-level master suite offers a lush sanctuary with green foliage outside your window, visible from the king-sized bed. The guest suite offers comfortable sleeping with two twin-sized beds.  The spacious living area invites guests to enjoy some downtime between Kauai adventures. The upper level of this ocean-view home offers the cool comforts of split air conditioning in the master suite, guest suite, and living area.

Lovely property in walking distance to Poipu beach. Our favorite aspects of this property were the large wrap around lanai on the second floor with views of the ocean during the day and the stars at night, the large side yard where the kids had fun playing games, the very short walk to the beach, and the large, comfortable interior with A/C units in each room that work well. Keep in mind the upstairs and downstairs are separate units, which worked great for us since we traveled with a separate family so everyone had their own space and privacy. We also appreciated the beach supplies. The only downsides were the constant rooster crowing at all hours of the night (which I imagine is common in many places in Kauai and not specific to this property)

This house was amazing, beautiful and spacious. The view was breathtaking and it had everything we needed for our family vacation. We woke up every morning, feeling happy and relaxed in this very upscale and safe neighborhood. The staff was very accommodating answering many of my questions. It was so easy to get to the beach and observe the sea turtles at shore at sunset every night. We will definitely return to this house in the near future.

I stayed at Sunrise and Sunset Suites with 5 other family members. The layout was perfect for one couple downstairs, one couple upstairs and a brother and sister in the twin beds room. The kitchens had everything we needed when we decided to cook in. The views from the balcony were superior! A 2 minute walk and you are on the beach. I would stay here again and again!

We loved our stay! We brought our children and even had our married daughter come with her husband and baby staying in the guest suite downstairs. It was so nice to walk back and forth from the beach, have an outside shower at the house to clean sand off before going inside. We used the BBQ twice and cooked each day at the home. It was more than a dream come true. I don’t think you can get a better location!!

House was clean, well stocked and just as pictured. The location was perfect with a quick easy walk to two beaches, a surf shop and food nearby. We enjoyed the outside area. The downstairs unit provided some privacy and separation for our adult kids, while still having plenty of room upstairs for the whole family. This home was perfect for our family of five; it was a home away from home with everything we needed and more! The downstairs unit is separate, and was perfect for our mother/mother-in-law to have her own space; it's truly a separate condo. The primary bedrooms are spacious, with dressers, closets with hangers, and laundry baskets. The beds were all very comfortable; the upstairs primary bed was up high and a little hard to climb into, but still very comfortable. We loved the primary bathroom, it has a great layout and shower! We spent much time on the balcony enjoying the breezes and views of the ocean and surrounding gorgeous, tropical vegetation. The kitchen had everything we needed for our cooking during our 10-night stay. The staff at Suite Paradise were very pleasant and responsive. Our youngest enjoyed playing in the sideyard often. They also had everything we needed for the beach; including a, very much-appreciated, wagon to wheel all our chairs, umbrellas, etc. to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet, except for some construction at the home next door, and the neighborhood was beautiful and safe. The driveway was at an unusual angle, which made it a little hard to get in and out of the parking area.

This place was amazing! Great location near restaurants and shops with a 2 minute walk to the beach park. Clean home with lots of space. Definitely recommend if traveling with family or for longer stays to utilize the kitchen and other amenities, such as the Athletic club. We arrived late at night, but keys were easy to get. It’s in a nice neighborhood where you’ll feel safe to enter the home without a problem and there’s so many lights outside so you don’t have to fumble with the keys in the dark. Check out was easy, just need to drop off the keys and you’re off.

Right on Poipu and access to the fitness club. We had plenty of space and places to park our cars. We will never stay anywhere else. The furniture and bedding was great as well. No complaints.

We were a family of 2 couples and a single. We needed 3 separate bedrooms and this house fit the bill. The location really couldn't be beaten. All that room with an ocean view! A very short walk to the beach allowed us to use the local beach daily. The beach in front of the Marriott property was close enough to walk to as well. We would routinely enjoy a drink and/or a meal at the Marriott oceanside bar. Great times!

This house was perfect for our stay. Poipu Beach is perfect for snorkeling and swimming and is just a few minutes' walks from the house. The house is beautiful and spacious and had all the amenities we needed, aside from the beach chairs, that were missing, but the property management had chairs delivered to us the same day.

This is the perfect holiday spot for families. The house is amazing and has everything you need, with lots of space for kids to play safely and for adults to relax. The beach is a 2min walk and you can see the surf and sunset over the beach from the balcony. The local restaurants are great and there is good variety. We will definitely be back!
