We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was exactly as described. We could walk to the beach, which we did often. We loved the chairs and beach gear left behind. Beds were comfy and we had enough room for everyone. The a/c was a plus for sleeping. The balcony was used a lot as well. The staff were awesome! Quick to respond about everything and anything.

Location and property were ideal! Walking distance to Poipu beach where we observed the sea turtles sleeping on the sand. Great bars and restaurants nearby. Beautiful sunsets. Centrally located to other towns on the island. Will definitely return to this magical island again!

The view of the sunset and ocean from 2 of the 3 lanai’s was incredible. It’s very spacious and comfortable. A fully stocked kitchen saved a lot of money. It was a short walk to the beach, pools, and bars. Provided use of boogie boards, chairs, beach toys, etc. was a huge plus! The staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Great accommodation with sunset views, private lanai's, air conditioning, cook's kitchen, beautiful decor and setting with an easy walk to pool and ocean. Short drive to stores and places to eat in Po'ipu and Koloa and convenient to visit the south, west and eastern parts of Kauai. Friendly and helpful staff made needed repairs right away. Great communications before and throughout the stay. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful experience on our recent trip. From the check-in process to the grounds around the condo, everything was great. The condo community has two pools. One is the main pool that we did not visit, and the other is a pool that overlooks the ocean and beach. The pool that overlooks the beach and ocean is much closer to the unit and looks like it was recently redone with a shower and bathrooms, along with poolside furniture and umbrellas. Steps along the entire shallow end of the pool were great for our young daughter. We went during the busy season and the pool was never overly crowded. Each time we were able to get lounge chairs and an umbrella if needed. There are 8 tennis courts as well, that we were able to use for a very small fee. They had rackets and balls they let us borrow as well. The condo unit itself is located on the second and third floors of the building, so the body is above you. As soon as you walk in, you can look through the unit and see the amazing ocean views! There are three overall lanais (patios) in the unit. Two off the master bedroom upstairs and one longer one off of the family room on the main level (second story of the building) on the unit. We ate dinner on the main lanai and were able to watch the sunset and see whales from the bedroom lanai as well. The main floor and the master bedroom area both have air conditioning. We did not have to use them much, as there are slats in the windows and walls that allow for amazing breezes to flow through the unit. Overall, the unit is in great condition. It looks like the owners take great care of the unit. The owners even left beach/pool equipment in the storage closet under the steps. There were 4 beach chairs, 3-4 boogie boards, sand toys for the kids, and a small travel cooler. We took advantage and used all of those on a daily basis. It really is nice not to have to purchase those things as you arrive for vacation! The kitchen seems like it was recently remodeled and everything in it is top notch, including the view. There is a dining area with a table that seats up to 8 people, as well as a bar in the kitchen we used a lot for eating. There are two bedrooms, one is on the main level of the unit and the Master is at the top level. Beds were very comfortable, not too hard or soft. Master has at least a king size bed (my wife thinks its California King) and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom has a flat screen Tv and plenty of closet/drawer space. There are two full bathrooms in the unit, one is on the main level just outside the second bedroom, and the other is in the master bedroom. The beach is just about a tenth (2-3 minute) of a mile walk from the actual unit. There are two beaches next to each other Brennecke's is the first beach. It was smaller in size, but had larger waves and was better for body/boogie boarding. Poipu Beach is right next to Brennecke's and was amazing. It has a new playground for kids ages 1-10, bathrooms, lifeguards, surf shop, and shave ice! Both of my our kid's ages 9 & 5 loved Poipu. The left side of the beach is protected by a rock wall which creates a natural kid pool. In the middle and right sections of the beach, I was able to snorkel. I am an amateur snorkeler but have heard that Poipu is one the best spots around. We were able to see whales breaching from the beach, as well as monk seals and sea turtles daily. We would not hesitate to recommend this unit to other families or couples. It had plenty of space for a family of four, it is well kept, and the owners were kind enough to leave beach/pool equipment for us to use. We will be coming back to Kauai for sure and will request this unit when we do!

I booked a condo at the Manualoha through Suite Paradise. It was lovely, clean, and big! There was more than enough room for my family of 4. It did get a little warm in the late afternoon on the upper floor but the cool evening winds cooled the place down. The view was gorgeous and the location was a great...an easy stroll to the beach.

I booked this condo blindly, meaning i didn't see exactly which condo I was getting or exactly where it was located. From our arrival to the check-out everything was great. It was a large, clean condo with a nice view, 3 balconies, and with the ceiling fans and pleasant breeze, an air-conditioner isn't necessary. Walking distance to beach, decent pool.
