We booked our condo online and the response and follow-up were quick and easy. We arrived to have wonderful check inexperience, the young lady gave us a pretty good tutorial on the property and amenities available to us. We walked into our condo and saw how beautiful it was and super clean. The owners left us a nice bottle of Chardonnay in the fridge with two chilled glasses. It was such a nice touch. There were a couple of days worth of coffee and condiments to get you started as well as toiletries, paper towels, a little box of laundry soap and dishwasher pods. It came in handy before we had the chance to get to the market and buy our supplies for the week. The condo was very tastefully decorated to represent the island and my wife gave a great compliment to the person who picked out such a decor. Unfortunately, the lanai didn't really have a view but all of the Plumeria trees on the property were blooming and it smelled amazing outside. When we weren't out touring the island, we relaxed out at the pool. Don't pass up an opportunity to use the pool. There were nice loungers and chairs with tables and umbrellas that overlooked the breaking waves on the beach and you could walk to it from the property. The owners left you a couple of beach chairs to use, boogie boards, and beach towels. It was nice to have that stuff if you wanted to walk down to the beach. The air conditioner in the bedroom worked amazing at night keeping us cool. My only suggestion to the owners would be to maybe have an oscillating fan or two to move more air around. The ceiling fans moved some but the trade winds took a couple of days off and it got a bit stale and warm inside. My sister had a couple in her condo and it moved air nicely while we sat inside with them. Also, maybe a small ice chest to use. We wanted to take some drinks with us down to the pool and just improvised. We put some ice in one of the large garbage bags and stuffed it into my wife's tote bag for the pool. We would stay here again if we had the chance!

I am so happy that we booked this property for our work vacation on Kauai. The unit was recently updated which was an absolute delight. It is very clean and very quiet. This is a downstairs unit with lots and lots of privacy. The property manager was always accessible by text and e-mail. Although we didn't have to use the AC in the bedroom this trip, its nice to have it available especially because we've stayed at other properties in Poipu and it was miserable when summer rolls around. This unit also offers access to the athletic club which isn't far from this property which is a really nice bonus. We look forward to stay here again on future visits to Kauai!

This one bedroom had been redone and is very nice. Its proximity to the beach, pool, and restaurants are very convenient. The AC in the master keeps it cool for sleeping. While the AC is loud, it does mask noise from the upstairs unit. The complimentary membership to the athletic club is a nice bonus Great workout facility, nice pool for families (slide for kids), tennis and pickleball courts. This is a great condo for a couple or a family with 2 kids. Has beach chairs and boogie boards. My only negative comment is there is no beach umbrella - a necessity for the beach. We've been coming to Poipu for decades. First rental without an umbrella.

This was our second time staying at the Manualoha resort, the first time in unit 603. We love the location, the pool, and the grounds of the resort. The unit was filled with the most essential basics. A beach umbrella would be a wonderful addition for the unit.

Great location! Pool looks out to the ocean and is private. Private patio, plenty of bath towels and beach towels, very clean, had beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. Very quiet and private location, perfect for our honeymoon! Such a short walk to the beaches to see beautiful sunsets and almost always turtles on the beach and walking distance to a few restaurants. Very easy check-in and check-out. Very happy with our stay

My boyfriend and I needed a getaway and this was the perfect spot. The check in was fast and easy. Our condo was quiet and relaxing and we loved that we could cook meals there. Plus, the BBQ located right outside was another bonus. The lack of wifi service made internet access awkward (we needed to use a wall cable) and we would've liked for the kitchen to be stocked with foil and plastic wrap, but other than these minor things everything was terrific!

The grounds of the condos are very well maintained, the flowers that surround you are beautiful. The walkways are also very well maintain and the grass is kept very neat. The proximity to Poipu beach was also a nice feature. You can go from your front door to the beach in a matter of minutes, no driving needed! all you need to do is walk...

When I was planning this vacation, I was having difficulty finding lodging for the entire time. I called the Suite-Paradise 1-800 number and was greeted each time with a pleasant and very helpful person on the other end. You could tell they were smiling. Your staff went above and beyond to help me and ease any anxieties I had been experiencing. Arriving after 16 hrs travelling; unfortunately the office was closed, but obtaining my keys was easy. I was more than pleasantly surprised by how lovely my unit was. It was clean and felt so homey and comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable bed I had ever slept in. It was easy to relax and enjoy my holiday. Only a few minutes walk from the ocean, Brenneke beach, Poipu Beach and a short but lovely walk to Shipwreck Beach. A shorter walk to the pool, near to the tennis courts and the other available pool as well. The grounds were lovely and well maintained. The only problem I had was getting through to the activities line which seemed to always be busy, but I figured it out and had a wonderful adventure visiting the many beaches and discovering the island of Kauai. Any time I went in to the office I was greeted with the same smiling voices I had heard on the telephone and it was nice to put a face to them. Would I recommend my friends to stay here? I recommend it to anyone, not just friends. I hope I can return to Poipu Kai Resort and stay there again. Aloha.

We return to Kauai every September and always use Suite Paradise to arrange our stay. Our experience with them has always been good; we had no problems on this visit but did have a fridge failure in the past and were moved to a more luxurious unit within an hour of our call to the registration office. The unit was spacious, had everything we needed to live there for two weeks and feel at home. We walked to both the beach and the pool every day and could walk to the on site restaurant which was next to the registration building and the tennis courts. We did need the car if we went shopping or sight seeing but we usually plan only one or two day trips when we visit now since we have been doing this since 2002. Instead we walk and swim and enjoy the beautiful gardens and beaches in the Poipu area, as an added plus we get more exercise that way and each lose weight on every Kauai vacation! For the past two years the office has closed before we got there and we had to call the after hours # to find our welcome packet and keys which delayed our getting into the unit. Not a big deal but we had been up about 15 hours by then, over 12 of them on a plane or two, we had our groceries getting warmer in the car, our tolerance losing to fatigue, and we really liked it better when there was a person to greet us as in previous years.
