We stayed at condo # 505. The place was just as described in the picture. Very clean and cozy living and kitchen on top floor while the bedrooms were downstairs. Our host ensured that we are taken care of. they proactively notified us about the dryer malfunctioning and offered to do laundry for us. They did fix it the next day itself which made our stay easy. The place is walking distance to poipu beach and a number of great restaurants. We got free access to athletic club for free swimming pool / gym access. Me and my husband along with a 3 yr old toddler had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at 55 and would recommend it to those planning their trip to Kauai.

Our family of three absolutely loved the townhome! Everything was as described plus there were plenty of linens (including beach towels), beach chairs, extra bedding, boogie boards and even a set of snorkeling gear. The beds were pretty comfortable, there was a tv in each bedroom and we had enough laundry pods to keep our clothing and beach towels fresh. Great checkin experience and the home itself was very well appointed. Many decor items and art were from local galleries and shops and just added to the overall theme. Great job! We’ll be back to 505!

Since the last review of this unit is largely negative and from 3 years ago I thought I would weigh in with our experience. The unit is in an older complex (as any near the beach are) but this unit is exceptionally well maintained or recently remodeled. Furnishings and kitchens/ bathrooms are in excellent shape. You have an amazing ocean view from the living area and main lanai, another private lanai off the master, and are 1 min walk from Brenneke/Poipu Beach parks, 1 min from tennis courts, 1 min from the best pool in Poipu Kai (breakers view, not infinity edge but similar type of view), and 10 mins walk via green belt to shipwreck beach. We bought the very reasonably priced family 1-week membership for tennis at the tennis desk and playing every day at 8 am by just waking out our door. The owners have put A/C in the master bedroom, which works great, but honestly, if you need think you need A/C all the time in Hawaii you might want to just stay somewhere else, like at home. The units in this complex are setup with louvered windows to catch the wonderful breezes from any direction, and with ceiling fans in every room. It’s part of the experience as far as I’m concerned. Lay under the ceiling fans or in front of an open window and breath clean fresh air. As a last resort, OK, fire up the unit in the master bedroom and chill it down to walk-in refrigerator temperature if you must. In summary, this is a very nice unit in a very nice resort, in one of the best locations on Kauai for walking to the beach or just relaxing and enjoying yourself. We’ve stayed in about half a dozen units in/around Poipu over the years and this condo is clean and wonderful for our family of 4, and certainly, among the best overall of any, we have stayed at.

Check-in process was really simple and they were very accommodating. It got a little warm in the room without the A/C but we were provided some box fans upon request. Nice clean place and the 5-minute walk to the beach is a nice addition as well. If we make it back to Kauai we will definitely look at using this place again.

We stayed at a two-bedroom co-op. Both bedrooms were on the ground floor which was fine and clean. Each had its own bathroom. The master bedroom had its own deck/Lanai. The upstairs had the fully equipped kitchen where we prepared breakfasts. 1/2 bathroom and large dinning/family room. There was a deck/lanai off the family room with a very nice partial view of the ocean. The other bonus was access to food stores - a mini-mart close by but expensive and a cheaper store about one mile away.

This unit was close to everything. We had 3 adults and two kids stay in this unit. It was spacious and comfortable. Our only slight discomfort was that it isn't air conditioned, so it was a little warm some nights. Location was great--short walk to beach and pool, etc. Screen didn't work at first but was fixed promptly after a call. No bugs.

This was our first time at Suite Paradise and we will definitely be returning. Our condo was clean, well-appointed and very comfortable. The grounds are lovely and our unit was close to the ocean. Our only issue was that the two bedrooms were so different in size. It would work well for a couple and two small children but our family has a different configuration so we will not be staying in this particular unit again although we would gladly stay at Suite Paradise again if we can find a unit that meets our family's needs better. it's a terrific unit and if your family needs one large and one small bedroom, I recommend it highly.

This condo is large with an open concept layout and a wonderful ocean view from the living area which is on the third floor. The kitchen has much more than the usual condo for cooking and entertaining and the master bedroom and bathroom are both large and nicely decorated. The walk-in shower and closet are both terrific and all of the beach equipment adds to the pleasure of staying here. The Suite Paradise service is outstanding, always!
