The limits of enjoyment are endless.  Take a refreshing dip or lounge leisurely at the oceanfront Manualoha pool.  Grill fresh mahimahi or local island beef on the community gas grill only steps from your condo.  A little gazebo with a picnic table is available for your party to gather.  The newly renovated Poipu Kai Resort and jacuzzi are a short walk away with a beautiful waterfall feature.  Kalapaki Joe's restaurant has all your favorite sports games, the best local entertainment, and the yummiest appetizers.
Poipu Beach Athletic Club membership is included with your reservation for your registered guests.  Located only a 1/4 mile from Manualoha 402, the club offers a resort-style pool with a waterslide, toddler sand pool, jacuzzi, tennis, pickleball, gym, and the Cabana restaurant.

We had a wonderful vacation at this fabulous townhouse style condo. All aspects of the condo exceeded our expectations. It’s newly renovated, sparkling clean, spacious, and has comfortable/ample/modern furnishings! The bathroom, kitchen, and beach amenities were thoughtful, complete, and plentiful. A/C and ceiling fans throughout, washer/dryer, and strong wifi! The condo is steps away from the beach (WE SAW MANY HAWAIIAN GREEN SEA TURTLES!), tennis courts, pool/hot tub, parking, and walking trails, and is conveniently located to explore the island. The sunset viewed from the lanai was breathtaking! Highly recommend staying at Manualoha 402.

We’ve stayed at this newly renovated condo several times, and it is truly a tropical paradise. The location is unbeatable—just a 2-3 minute walk to the beach for turtle and monk seal sightings and the best sunsets on the island. You’re also minutes away from the shops and dining in Poipu and Koloa Town.

What we loved most:

The Views: Stunning ocean and lush garden views right from the lanai.

The Amenities: A fully stocked gourmet kitchen (perfect for farmers' market finds!), high-speed internet, and premium streaming services which made working remotely a breeze.

Ultimate Comfort: Individual ACs and fans in every room, incredibly cozy beds, and a large in-unit washer/dryer.

Beach Ready: They provide everything you need for a day in the sun!

This home is comfortable, modern, and perfectly situated. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Manualoha 402 on the Poipu side of Kauai. The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops in the Poipu area. The south shore of Kauai is beautiful and sunny, and this condo was a great home base for exploring the island.

The condo itself was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and we especially enjoyed spending time on the lanai with the warm island breeze. The space felt welcoming and peaceful, making it easy to unwind after a day at the beach.

One of the great amenities was the access to the Poipu Kai tennis courts. The courts are well maintained and available daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, which was a really nice bonus for anyone who enjoys getting some exercise while on vacation.

We also loved grabbing a bite to eat at the restaurant at Poipu Bay Golf Course—one of our favorite spots in the area. The food is great and the views overlooking the ocean and golf course make it a perfect place to relax after a day at the beach.

Another highlight was the beautiful scenic hiking nearby. There are several great trails along the south shore with incredible ocean views, making it easy to enjoy Kauai’s natural beauty.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom condo in Poipu. The location truly couldn’t be better—central to everything! Amazing restaurants are nearby, tennis and pickleball courts are just steps away, and the beach is an easy walk where we watched 30+ sea turtles come ashore at sunset. It was magical.

The condo itself is spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated with a warm aloha feel. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook meals at home, and having a washer and dryer (with detergent provided!) made it so convenient. We loved relaxing on the deck with its lovely view.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, the towels plush, and every detail felt thoughtfully curated—truly all the comforts of home. We especially appreciated the wonderful local recommendations, from Michelin-level culinary delights to family-friendly favorites, farmers markets, and hidden hole-in-the-wall gems.

This stay exceeded our expectations in every way. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for the perfect Poipu getaway!

After doing a lot of research we chose Manualoha 402 for our week-long stay. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Extra supplies like laundry soap, dish detergent, and hand soaps were appreciated. The kitchen was very well supplied with everything we needed to cook meals. The proximity to Brennecke Beach was great with just a short walk further to Poipu Beach. The pool was a great spot to end our beach days and the walkways through the property were beautiful for a morning stroll. Our friends stayed in building 3 and were just as pleased with their condo. Suite Paradise was great to work with too. I would recommend this condo and would stay here again.

The location of this condo couldn't be better. It's a two-minute walk to the beach, a minute-walk to tennis courts, pool, and jacuzzi. What I love is that it's also close enough to other resorts, but you feel like you are "at home" in your own private paradise, replete with lanai for shaded respite, balcony for sensational sunset views over the ocean, and a well-appointed kitchen for in-home dining, if you so choose. Newly renovated, the condo is super clean and fresh. I didn't want to leave and will most certainly be back. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as I did.

Very nice place, super clean, beautiful view, 5 min. Walk to poipu beach for snorkel, swim and body surfing, family friendly area. Nice restaurants and shopping near by. Lots to do in Kauai. We will definitely come back again. Host is very accommodating.
