Love the location as it is a short walk to multiple beaches. Grounds, accommodations and view all great. We’ve stayed at or near this location several times and will be back.

We loved our stay here. It has easy access to the beach and beautiful views (even better than we expected!). The open concept living area was lovely, and the kitchen had everything we needed (though, a small warning that the top floor gets pretty warm). This is a corner unit, so there are beautiful views of both the water and the mountains. The master bathroom is amazing - double sinks, a full shower with multiple shower heads, and a jetted bathtub. One issue was that the wifi isn't very good - we thought we wouldn't need it, but the cell reception isn't the best, and we wanted to use the internet to plan activities, so we had to work around that a bit. Just an FYI if you're planning to need internet access! Our flight was late the day we checked out and we were able to get a departure pass from Poipu Athletic Club. It's just $25 per family, and it means you can continue relaxing by the beach and pool and get a shower in before your flight. This was a great option to extend our vacation! We'd definitely stay here again.

My wife and I spent 4 nights at the Suite Paradise condo in Kauai. The location is great as a base to explore Kauai, close to a lot of nice restaurants and beaches but easy to make day trips to the north. The place is super nice and was way too big for just the two of us. It also had an extremely well-stocked kitchen. There was powerful AC in the room we slept in. Communications were clear and quick.

Before I get to the property, I’d first like to call out how great the Suite Paradise staff is. My friends and I planned a very last minute to Hawaii and the staff was able to find us a property within our budget. Communication was great - they were able to answer all my questions over email about the property and amenities. Upon check-in, they were very patient to explain things to us.
The property itself was lovely. Stocked with all necessary amenities (kitchen, linens, towels, and a complimentary bottle of wine as a welcome). The location was great - just a couple of minutes away from the beach.
The bedrooms were on the lower level with an amazing living room upstairs.

Just a couple of things to watch out for. The lower level only has one AC in the master bed. There are fans in the smaller bedroom and given the time of the year... this was not an issue. By it could get hotter in the summer. The other thing is that the bedroom and bathroom doors have slats on them. Meaning they are not solid and don’t do much as far as making noise.

Overall, would definitely recommend this place!!

Suite paradise will be hard to beat! Manualoha 306 is amazing, I can't wait to return again. The perfect location for carrying the kids to the beach. The furniture was very comfortable, the suite was updated and very clean. The grounds are very well kept and great for young kids to run around.

Once again, our balcony offered us a spectacular view of whales breaching . The condo was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. 206 is located close to the pool and beach. loved it. This was our sixth stay with Suite Paradise and we have never been disappointed.

Flowers, flowers everywhere! What a beautiful and peaceful resort! Kalapaki Joe’s is right there on site with a great happy hour crew and food! Manualoha 306 was a great place to stay, a few minutes walk from the beach, with a great oceanfront view!
