We loved our stay in this unit - it was clean, as described, and large with two lanais. There are relatively steep stairs between the floors so keep that in mind if you have toddlers! The location was fantastic - very short walk to the beach, pool just outside the building. One of the best unexpected perks was the ability to visit the athletic club - it has an amazing pool for the kids, a restaurant with poolside service, and a waterslide. We would totally stay here again! Kitchen was well stocked for cooking also.

Absolutely amazing spot. The views were gorgeous. It was a quick walk to Brenneke Beach for a fantastic boogie boarding, and a short walk to pointu be to see turtles and monk seals. Just fantastic.

We had a great time. The condo was perfect and just as described. The management staff was very friendly and helpful. Only hiccup was I didn’t not receive the. Code for the after hours check in but the gentleman answered the after hours contact line and was very helpful so it wasn’t a major inconvenience. Would definitely come back and recommend to others.

We struggled looking at locations for a week’s stay before deciding to just book Manualoha 105, we made the right choice. Could not have asked for a better location with a beach a short walk away. The views are amazing. The unit is also next to the pool and a grill which was great. A few restaurants within walking distance. Well appointed kitchen. The bedrooms were comfortable, upstairs gets hot in afternoon even with portable AC. The staff was friendly and check in/out was easy and fast. We’d stay here again if/when we visit Kauai again.

Of the 10..12 places that I've stayed throughout Hawaii is is the best one so far..along with Kevin's up by the hyatt..pool beautiful n right next door..great views from the veranda on both floors of condo..kitchen nice living room awesome..king bed nice..adult daughters thought the twin beds were just fine very pleased overall ...Mahalo

We had an awesome week at Manualoha! The Brennecke and Poipu beaches were phenomenal and we had a lot of fun surfing and snorkeling. The private pool downstairs was great too and the book with local food + sightseeing recommendations were super helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at Suite Paradise Poipu’s place. The condo is very nice with plenty of room. It is comfortable and there are beach supplies that you can borrow which helped out a lot. The complex is nice, clean and quiet. Close to beaches, shops, and restaurants.

If you want to stay close to the ocean and beach, this is a great unit. You can hear the waves crashing at night, and it is a 3-minute walk to Brennecke Beach and Poipu Beach. The living room furniture could use some updating, it wasn't very comfortable, and this unit does get very hot in the afternoons, as the sun starts to set. No air conditioning and the outside temps were only about 75, but inside the living room was much hotter than that. All that being said, we had a great time in Kauai and don't spend much time in the room anyway, and we probably would stay here again.

This is our 9th stay at Suite Paradise and first in Manualoha 105..This is a beautiful condo, view is great and facility is in very good shape. Proximity to beach and pool is excellent. The couch is not a pullout..We had 6 people and needed to get a blow up bed for 2 of our party from the office, which they supplied when we requested. We are always impressed with the staff and how they go out of their way to be helpful...Wish I were there now...

Man105 is a 1700 sq. ft. 2 story town-home offering not only the very best view of Shipwreck to Poipu Park Beach but the walkway leading to both is just a few feet from the townhouse. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogy boards are in the closet. It has a washer/dryer, all kitchen and dining pieces for you, and guests, for a beautiful dinner on both Lanais. White water views from the Lanais will start and end your days!! We are already booked for 2013. It is not a town-home for guests not able to walk stairs. You enter on the 2nd floor and go up to the 3rd for kitchen and livingroom.

I struggled for over a week looking at Poipu locations for a five-day stay before deciding to just book Manualoha 105. I am so happy I did. Could not have asked for a better location with a beach and park 100 yards away. The view is amazing. The unit is also next to the pool and a grill which was great. Food and drinks within walking distance; provisions a short car ride to stock up a well-appointed kitchen. The bedrooms were comfortable, but falling asleep to the waves with the windows open every night took me to the level I was looking for during this escape from the mainland pace. Coffee in the morning on either patio helped reinforce that feeling as well. The staff were super friendly and check in/out was easy and fast. This will be a returned property whenever I visit the south side of Kauai again.
