The place was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Close to the pool. Corner, with lots of cross wind. Was able to walk to beaches, about a 10-minute walk.

We stayed in unit 512. It was the perfect location. In front of the small community pool with a garden view, but you also had a great view of the mountains from the pool area. You also have access to other amenities and a bigger pool and the beach is a 5-minute walk. The 2 bedroom condo had everything we need including an additional pullout bed in the living room. We were here during the beginning of COVID-19 pandemic but we constantly received communication about everything going on from the host. Mahalo!

What a perfect place! I almost do not want to write a review, because I would love this condo to be available throughout the year. The location is unbeatable, the condo is even bigger than the pictures suggest, and the staff was incredible. I will be back!

Large roomy condo with pool just steps away from the front door. The condo is a little outdated but was clean and supplied with plenty of towels and linens. Great walking trails and close to restaurants and shops. Enjoyed our stay here!

Had a great time in Poipu! The condo was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was nice and roomy allowing us to make meals and save money. Right by the pool which was a big plus for our teenage daughter. Great value for the location. Close to all the shops, restaurants and beaches. Loved hearing the birds in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo is a large, wonderful space for our family of 4 and so great to be able to walk to Poipu beach. It is an older condo unit and could use a little freshening up but everything you need is there. We did have a plumbing issue, cold water knob on the master bath shower didn't work upon our arrival but the management company, Suite Paradise had if fixed the same day and we never had another issue with it.

The location was great and Kauai is a wonderful island to visit. This was my first trip to Hawaii. The condo had a lot of space with a relaxing pool very close near our entrance. The condo was a bit dated but very clean - we had everything we needed and were very comfortable. I learned that in Hawaii, open the windows and turn on the fans. We didn’t miss air conditioning because the evenings were cool and it was nice to have the windows open. I saw some complaints about road noise, but it really wasn’t bad, in my opinion. Cement walkways near the condo lead in two directions towards the sea. They are nice walks, one going to Shipwreck Beach and the other to Poipu Beach. The walks are less than 10 minutes each. Make sure to take a drive to Makauwahi Cave which is very close. There’s a sign to the cave and to the tortoises. Do both - they’re quick walks and delightful. Access to the Poipu Athelic Club was awesome and make sure you stop at the Little Fish stand at the club entrance - their slushee bowls are amazing!

Pros: Clean and spacious condo with two huge bathrooms. Easy walk to the beach along a well-maintained walkway. Comfortable beds. Beach towels and beach gear. Very nice pool right outside the door that was seldom used by anyone but us.

A nice, plain condo at an affordable ( by Hawaii/ Kauai standards ) within walking distance to Poipu Beach and the facilities at the Hyatt. They put a complimentary bottle of wine in the fridge for us, which was a nice touch. They also have a service that delivers rental snorkel gear right to your door, which was nice.

I and a colleague had a meeting at the Hyatt; we were able to walk from our condo to the Hyatt in about 15 minutes that was convenient. The condo itself was well laid out, we could use a full kitchen, washer dryer, the beds were comfortable, location again was good in general; there was a pool right outside our door; free and convenient parking. There was a bar/restaurant. We had no noise disturbance. One day there wasn't hot water in my shower but that was because my idiot condo mate had used it all to clean his scuba gear so I'll give them a pass on that. So overall very good will stay there again.
