My friends and I were very happy with this property. It was clean and very comfortable. From the lanai, you could see Shipwreck Beach. It is about a 10 minute drive to Koloa and a bit shorter to Poipu Beach, where you can see Hawaiian green turtles come ashore at night to rest. A couple of housekeeping issues came up, i.e., a clogged shower drain and a blown fuse, but once reported they were fixed promptly. My friends and I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at this unit and didn’t mind the walk uphill from the parking lot. The receptionist was friendly. The rooms were comfortable. The location is close to Poipu beach and made it easy for us to visit the beach every day. Most of the restaurants and grocery stores are about 2 miles drive. I would stay here again if I ever visit Kaua’i.

Beautiful home with all the amenities! We were concerned about not having AC but the fans and opening the windows and sliding doors gave us an amazing Hawaiian breeze! We loved all the small touches like kids utensils and bowls. My daughter hit the jackpot with the toy chest! We made use of the beach gears and grill! It was a wonderful place to stay with family

We really loved the beautifully decorated house. Especially the lanai in the shade was great - we ate every breakfast al fresco and had the impression to sit in a tropical botanical garden, surrounded by flowers. To get to the Poipu beach we recommend to have a car. It is walking distance but we always bring lots of gear for the kids. The pool is also a few minutes away but very nice and clean. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and the nice bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and perfect for cooking. The only thing that we missed was an umbrella and a cooler. We bought both and left it in the apartment ;-)

Lovely, clean, single family beach home just a short walk from Shipwreck and Poipu Beaches. Two big lanais for dining-in or watching the surf roll-in by the Hyatt nearby. Easy parking, and breezy which is nice as many homes here (including this one) have no A.C. Windows open you can hear the surf at night. Quiet neighborhood with access to Fitness Club which is a short drive from the home. If you want to swim, head to Poipu beach. The rip tides at Shipwreck are quite dangerous. Many dining and shopping options are close. Great for a leisurely family trip. We will be back!

Wonderful accommodation - great views, easy walking access to beaches. House had a real Hawaiian feel and is beautifully decorated. All amenities are available on request. We had a small issue with construction at the neighboring house, but the owner immediately resolved. Great location, great house - would definitely recommend!

The place was awesome! Excellent location! Beautiful ocean and mountain views. Nice breezes flowing through. Well furnished and very, very comfortable. It accommodated two couples and another adult very well. Our group actually didn't want to leave! This place is definitely on our list for future accommodations.

Location, location, location. This is the perfect place to stay, the pictures are exactly what the home looks like. You are a short walk to the beach, you have beach views from the house, lots of windows and 2 decks to enjoy the outside. The place is very relaxing and quiet, a short drive to the west coast and north for hiking, a short drive to the east and north coast for more hiking. Stop at ALL lookout points for breathtaking views and waterfalls!

we stayed for a week and we really enjoyed our stay. The house was cleaned and fully equipped for a family. The staff were very polite and responsive when we asked to fix the light by the BBQ. The only concern that we had was the windows, especially in the bathroom by the master bedroom, we couldn't close it and during the night gets chilly.

We enjoyed our stay greatly. The location was excellent being walking distance to multiple beaches, hotels, and pools. The place itself was perfect for our group as it had everything we needed and was extremely clean when we arrived. I'd highly recommend staying at this property if you are looking for a place in Poipu.

This villa was beautifully appointed with everything we needed for the 10 days we stayed. We had beautiful views from the deck with lounge chairs to relax in and a beautiful lanai with a nice table For enjoying meals cooked in the well-stocked kitchen. Unfortunately, there was road construction in front of the villa every day which was quite noisy so morning coffee or daytime relaxation was interrupted by loud noises. although, It seems they are just about done so shouldn’t be a problem soon. There are multiple books about Kauai that were very helpful and a closet
Off the deck With many beach and water toys to maximize beach fun. The full-size washer and dryer and extra large master tub were very nice additions. Unfortunately, you have to drive or walk about 10 minutes to the pool but the two nearby beaches are better anyways. Plus you have access to the Poipu beach club which is a nice retreat if you have kids or want to play basketball or catch a yoga class or enjoy a poolside cocktail. This place seems to be one of the nicer and more private locations in the Poipu Kai area. We (a family of 5) highly recommend it and will be coming back soon. the only downfall to our stay was the noise and the 10 am checkout. I know they have to clean an entire house for a check in that day but it can make packing a family and waiting for Flights less than convenient. But these are small things and everything else far exceeded our expectations!

The house could not have been better suited to our stay! Excellent view of the sunrise over the ocean every morning. Loved the short walk to the rocky point to watch the waves crashing, 5 minute walk to the beach at the Hyatt, nice 10-12 minute walk to Poipu beach. The house is much more beautiful than the pictures show.

We had excellent customer care from Elsie (think thats her name). She works in the office that you check with to get your keys. She spoke "aloha". The house was clean. Lots of ocean breeze thru the home. We finally figured out where the pool is located on our last day. Its ok cause we will be back.

We completely enjoyed our stay in the condo managed by Suite Paradise. They were easy to organize our stay, the condo was absolutely beautiful and the location there in Poipu was great. I liked having the 2 different lanais, one faced the ocean and had great sunsets and the other on the other side of the house was very secluded and it felt that we were in a gardon setting. We would have enjoyed some extra pillows and beach chairs but on the whole...absolutely wonderful!
