The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, blender, coffee maker, range, and refrigerator; essentially all of your cooking and dining needs. A generous living and dining area opens onto the private lanai and allows you to experience an amazing location to unwind and relax. A short, yet tranquil walk through the Kahala greenbelt, will allow you to enjoy the luxuries of two of Kauai’s finest beaches, as well as local cuisine, shopping, and nightlife.
Enjoy access to the many on-site amenities throughout your stay at the expansive Poipu Kai Resort. Take a refreshing dip in either of the two community swimming pools or visit the Poipu Beach Athletic Club for a complete workout, or an exhilarating pick-up game of tennis, pickleball, or basketball. Extremely clean , 5 min walk to the beach, pleasant lanai. Nice to have beach chairs and a boogie board , although the zippers on the beach chairs cooler pouch have seen better days. Kitchen has what we needed , including a blender for tropical fruit smoothies, with the exception of a single sharp knife . Bed was comfortable, would stay again.

Easily walkable to the beach, makes seeing sunrise and sunset easily accessible and you don't have to find the hard-to-find parking. Also, you can rent a bike next doorif you want to take ride to spouting horn.

Had a great stay. The host was very fast in answering and helped us book when there was a problem with the app. Nice apartment, with walk-in closet. Fridge with its own ice maker. There was no AC, but during our stay, it was very windy and because of the breeze we didn't really need one. Would definitely come back to stay here

We loved the place! The proximity to the ocean was perfect for our little one. Just a short walk and you have multiple beaches to enjoy. Space was wonderful and had everything we needed for cooking and to be comfortable. Such a great spot, and in an awesome location to explore the southern part of the island.

I'm a huge fan of Kauai. This was my first time staying in something that felt like a resort. We had the freedom to come and go which was great. But the neighbors upstairs could be heard every time they walked around. It kept reminding us that we were not alone. The space is really big. The bed is really comfy. So close to the beach.

Very much enjoyed our stay. The location was in the heart of Poipu. Close to beaches, restaurants and an awesome little cafe called Small Fish. Our place was clean, super easy to get keys and check out. They left us a cute yummy bottle of wine for our arrival. Would definitely book again!

This condo resort area was a wonderful place to stay. The area where we stayed was closer to the entrance of condos. It was easy to find and I loved being on the ground floor. We visited in mid-April and it was perfect, 10 days of sunshine and 1 minor rain shower. It was in the '80s during the day, and the windows to the condo offered an amazing breeze to cool it down in the evenings. It was a short walk to both Poipu and Shipwreck beach. I loved the walking paths. I did manage to get a little lost on the first night as I tried to navigate my way back in the dark. Tip - Make sure to pay attention. HAHA :) The condo had snorkel gear, chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. It was a great stay.

The rooms are spacious, clean and the staff are attentive and very friendly. We had a great time during our stay at Poipu. We would recommend Kahala to anyone looking for a relaxed holiday in a beautiful location. (and the ribs at Brenneke's are something not to be missed)

Very spacious and well equipped. Huge green lawn as the backyard, flowers, and birds... Few minutes from the Poipu Beach. And not to mention a bottle of the welcome white wine in the fridge - was a pleasant surprise! It was just good. Big thanks to the owners and caretakers!

This is the 3rd year we have booked a condo through Suite Paradise and each time, our condo has been pleasant and clean. We've thoroughly enjoyed the Po'ipu Kai Tennis Club located within the grounds, and afterward, the hot tub and pools. Whenever a problem came up, the Suite Paradise desk personnel, Elsie and Dee, solved the problems in a friendly, smooth way. This unit, Kahala 912, is away from the more frequently used walks and therefore pretty private. The landscaping around it is beautiful, including two big monkey pod trees that arch over the walks. The Kahala pool area is lovely, and it is a short walk to the hot tub and larger pool use, and of course, the tennis club with its low fees, many round robins, excellent staff and friendly inclusive tennis members. The only drawbacks I can think of are #1) you can hear traffic noise when sitting on the lanai, and sometimes inside, but it doesn't keep one awake, and would probably lull a person from a city to sleep, but we are from rural Maine. #2) I wish there were some boogie boards to use,, #3) Where is the compost pile for fruit/vegetable remains? Or are bags of trash going to be used to make landfill to enlarge the island, like what Boston, Massachusetts did?

This lovely condo was much more spacious and comfortable than I'd expected. There is a second room that is just used as a large closet. It really was a close walk to main pool and not far to beach. Grounds are lovely. The bbq in the back was shared with units nearby, but it was still very private as well as quiet. Near road but never heard traffic, nor roosters. It was well equipped for cooking all meals, and came with basic supplies and more than just one night of all the basics - enough detergent, soap, tp and other supplies for a week. Very clean. Location is great, but for more than a few days it would be helpful to have a car. I paid to get ground floor, but the entry was up some stairs, with no railing, so maybe not the best if you have mobility issues.
