Only a stones throw from the beach and a hundred or so from the pool. Good view of the ocean from the balcony. While the interior is a tad dated and in need of a remodel, the carpets, bathroom, and kitchen were clean. Full kitchen for the times you just want to stay in and eat something you cooked. Walking distance to downtown Poipu and the various shops along the way. And a 3 minute walk to the bus stop that will take you to Koloa. The beds were our only real issue, as the mattresses were pretty uncomfortable to sleep on. They all are clearly past their prime. All in all, we had a tremendous time there and would recommend the suite.

The condo was charming and very clean, beautiful tall ceilings and 2 patios. Very quiet and peaceful. Nicely updated. Quick walk to 3 swimmable beaches and close to shops and restaurants. Great spot, I plan to return!

I had a wonderful time staying here with my husband and son (1 year old). The property was lovely, the condo was spacious and airy. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. It was a very close walk to Poipu Beach which is an awesome beachfor little ones (and big ones alike). There is only a/c in the bedroom, but that is the only place it was needed as the unit had great circulation. We will definitely return next time we are in Kauai.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this clean and spacious condo. We had two kids staying on the foldout and even with the sofa converted into a bed there was still plenty of space for them to run around. We didn’t need to use the AC while we were there, but the abundance of ceiling fans was nice.

We really enjoyed our stay! There was a great walking path to the beach. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. It was nice to have access to the athletic club down the street. Would definitely recommend.

Great spot! Lovely lanai's, amazing kitchen, and clean throughout. The king bed was comfy, and the pull out was much more comfortable than expected. There was a closet of fun beach things to use, as well as beach towels. Fully stocked kitchen + some herbs and spices as well. All in all a really great accommodation

5 min walk to Poipu beach. Short distance to great restaurants and activities in Poipu. The condo had everything we needed for our week-long stay: beach gear, towels, cooking, bedding, pool, and tennis access. Would recommend staying here for your next trip to Kauai on the sunny side of Poipu. Can't wait to return soon. Aloha

Overall, this condo is a great place to stay for vacation. It's very comfortable and well furnished. Inside, it was very clean. The only drawback is that the patio furniture was dirty, so we didn't use it. Otherwise, this condo is wonderful, and I would stay here again.

Deluxe spacious, clean condo a short walk from beaches for snorkeling. Great view of tropical grounds and trail to the ocean.Two lanai's for sitting outdoors. And such a lovely surprise to arrive in the evening and find a complimentary bottle of wine and chilled glasses in the refrigerator. The condo also has everything you need to go to the beach (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc.). Plenty of privacy with us parents in the bedroom and teenage son on the huge comfortable pull out couch. All supplies and linens are high quality and like new.

We stayed here for 35 nights. Great location, near Poipu beach and situated on a lovely green belt with a path leading to the ocean. We had a few hiccups, the phone in the unit works only intermittently, but we had our cell phone, so no big deal. Our fridge stopped working, the condenser was a frozen block of ice. Maintenance came right away and took care of the problem! Needless to say...if you encounter a problem their staff will take care of it immediately. The unit itself was comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We breezed through our check-in upon arrival. They care enough about you that they call to make sure everything is satisfactory after you are settled in. We were very happy with Kahala 724. Great views, very roomy, the kitchen is equipped with most everything you would need, and it has a wonderful walk-in shower. We love this location because it is just a short walk to a great snorkeling beach. We missed going to Kalapaki Joe's Restaurant which was under renovation. It is close by, which makes it very handy to walk to for good food and happy hour. We appreciate the nice easy walking paths. All the employees we encountered were very friendly and accommodating. The grounds are very well kept and beautiful!

My wife and I spent a wonderful week at the Suite Paradise vacation resort Jan. 10-17, 2015. We chose this resort because of its location on Poipu Beach, it's choice of accommodations (and prices), and beautiful surroundings. We stayed in a one bedroom garden view condo with full kitchen, two verandas, and very clean and comfortable accommodations. The surroundings were beautiful and well kept. Our condo was one block from the beach and small city park. It is a popular place for families judging from the large number of young children on the grounds. We rented a car at the airport at a reasonable price and traveled all over the island. A highlight of our stay was taking a helicopter sightseeing trip around the entire island. For this we used the Safari Helicopter Co. It was an excellent tour. Our only regret is that we could only spent one week. Next time we will stay longer.

We stayed here for 8 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The unit was very clean and comfortable. There was a lot of space and it is well laid-out. We appreciated having a kitchen and washer/dryer during our stay. The resort is well-kept and the landscaping was beautiful. It is only a 5 minute walk to the beach, but there is also a pool available to use if you'd rather. While we were there the dishwasher was not working, but I believe they were working on fixing it. Overall a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back again.

We had a wonderful time in Kauai and the condo was perfect. We loved where it was located, it had everything in it that we needed. The coffee pot had a piece missing but still worked. We mentioned it just because we didn't want anyone to think we did something to it, and within a few hours a brand new coffee pot was delivered. We enjoyed breakfasts on the lani. Swimming pool was right below us. Ocean view and quick walk. We would definitely rent 724 again.
