Interior features include a well-equipped kitchen with cherry cabinets and Silestone countertops, an updated tile shower, a roomy walk-in closet, a large open living room, and a separate dining room. You will not be disappointed with this clean and comfortable home away from home.
Enjoy access to the many on-site amenities at the expansive Poipu Kai Resort. Amazing location, quick walk to perfect beach. Assigned parking spot was right at the entrance to the unit- super convenient. The local pool and hot tub were great but the kids especially loved the Poipu Athletic Club which is a huge bonus to staying here. It can feel hot in the kitchen/dining/living room since the portable AC is only in the bedroom and doesn't cool the rest of the unit. There are ceiling fans and a floor fan but it was slightly uncomfortable towards the end of August. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again due to the convenience of the location and the Athletic Club for the kids when we weren't out and about on the island!

Great place to stay on Kauai. 5 minute walk to the beach. Everything was as described and they provided great amenities such as nice beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, and even a rolling cart to put everything into if you need it. We would definitely stay here again!

This is such a perfect option for a longer stay on Kauai. The unit had absolutely everything we needed — the beach chairs and umbrella were a huge plus — and the pools we had access to were great when we didn’t have time to get to the beach. Poipu Beach is in your backyard and it doesn’t get old. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

The place was even better than we expected. The location is the best, and the condo was huge. Loved having a kitchen and in-unit W/D. The condo felt cozy like we were at home away from home. The only comment we have is we tried to use the umbrella but it was missing a pole to it, which we didn't realize till we brought it to the beach. We attempted to use it but it was an extremely short pole so I could barely get it secure in the ground and my husband had to chase it down across the beach when the wind picked it up. Other than that, we loved everything about this place and it spoiled the rest of our trip when we stayed at a hotel for the remainder of our time because it wasn't even half as great as this place.

Thoroughly enjoyed the condo. Comfortable and great lanai!!! Loved the garden view and good breezes that came through. Location was so convenient.. I was there the week before Hurricane Lane... very hot & humid, but the ceiling fans really helped. Loved all the walkways to explore. THANK YOU....the week was my reward after a rough 8 months fighting breast cancer....and I beat it!!!!! Hope to come back again.THANK YOU AGAIN.

We just returned from a 3+ weeks stay in Kahala at Poipu Kai Resort, Kauai. We had selected a deluxe garden view and we were not disappointed. My husband and I spent many lovely evenings sitting on the lanai enjoying the exquisitely manicured grounds and listening to the birds sing. The condo was very comfortable and well equipped. We were able to use 2 pools but preferred the larger pool with hot tub to the Kahala pool. The ocean was a short 5 minute walk and we enjoyed the beaches at Poipu Beach Park immensely. We saw monk seals and huge sea turtles resting on the beach many times during our stay. We also saw several humpback whales in the distance. There are also so many interesting walks in the area: to the Hyatt next door, over to the Sheraton on the other side, to the Moir Garden in the Kiahuna Plantation property, to Poipu Shopping Village. Koloa Town is only a few miles away and has 2 grocery stores and many shops. There are numerous restaurants close by as well as fast food options. The Suite Paradise staff were very helpful in assisting us with questions and quickly resolving any issues. They clearly wanted us to enjoy our stay. We loved the laid back feeling on the island, in general, and the Poipu area, in particular. We look forward to returning to Kauai and Poipu Kai Resort soon.

My wife and I traveled around to 3 of the Hawaiian islands with our last week being spent in Poipu on the island of Kauai. We looked into the cost of hotels and found the cost of condo rentals much less, so we booked one. We have never done the holiday condo rental before and we were not sure what to expect and were a little skeptical but were just happy with a clean place to sleep each night. After booking it seemed that everything went a little too easy so that just added to the surprise in the end. We arrived later in the evening and had no problems finding the place and the keys were found just as promised for us in an easily accessible spot. The condo was excellent and very large in size. It had so much more to offer than was expected like washer/dryer, ice machine, blender, BBQ, hot tub and pool, very short walk to one of the best beaches on the island and many stores like Starbucks...even when on vacation you need one! The condo supplied all beach towels, boogie boards, food cooler, beach chairs, lots of things I'm forgetting now that I've been back a week, but really so much more than I could ever have imagined. You won't be disappointed if you book here and I only wish it wasn't so far away from home or we would be returning asap.

We especially loved the ambiance of the landscaping. We had a wonderful tropical garden view and could see almost to the ocean. The Condo was very comfortable and provided plenty of room. We will come again and do recommend it to our friends.
