The updated tile flooring leads you on a path to your very own private lanai, where you can relax and take in some of the cooling Pacific Ocean trade winds. From this ground-floor condo, you can access the large manicured lawn and stroll along walking paths through the lovely Poipu Kai Resort gardens. For those of you who enjoy sports, the well-maintained Poipu Kai tennis courts are only a few steps away. Finish your adventurous day by cooling off with A/C in the master bedroom, all while feeling right at home in a vacationer’s paradise!

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean, roomy and comfortable. The spacious grounds were well maintained. We took advantage of the pools, hot tubs and BBQ grills. It was a short walk to Poipu Beach for snorkeling, swimming and to see sea turtles. Poipu-Koloa is a good location to explore. It was about an hour to travel either to Waimea Canyon or Hanalei Bay.

Steps away from Poipu and Brennecke beaches, with views out to the water from the lanai. We loved walking around the neighborhood and checking out the sunsets. The unit was spacious and comfortable- it was very relaxing!

This property was perfect for our family. We showed up very late at night. The after hours check in was a breeze. Couldn't have been easier. It's walking distance from one of the top snorkelling beaches in all of Hawaii. Not just Kauai. We made daily trips there. The access to the fitness center was a huge plus as well. We made almost daily trips there too. The pool at the fitness center is perfect for the kids. The condo had everything we needed. I did have to stock up on my preferred spices but the kitchen is stocked well with cookware. They even had one quality butcher knife (I usually bring my own because the ones provided are usually cheap sets). The appliances were all in great working order. Except the box fans. Those could stand to be replaced. The in room AC units kept the individual rooms cool though. They were a nice escape from the heat at times. The master bedroom has a TV (we never turned it on), and a huge shower. The living room TV is a smart TV complete with a sound bar for unwinding after a long day of playing outside. The gas grill is right outside the patio and a short walk away. It is very clean and well kept. I never had any issues on the many nights that I grilled for the family. Having a first floor unit made life much easier to come and go. Highly recommend. The parking spot that is reserved for this unit is kind of awkward, but we would park in a visitor parking spot if the lot got dicey to navigate with the Tahoe. We asked for a late checkout, and was easily accommodated by the management. This place is a definite gem. Would definitely recommend checking it out.

My family absolutely loved the condo and the location. The views from the patio were perfect and the accommodations were comfortable, clean, and fit my family of 5 well. We felt we were at a good central locale to explore any area of the island. The staff was friendly and prompt with handling any requests. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Nice size condo for two adults and two teens, walking distance to the beach and stocked with all the beach essentials: towels, umbrella, cooler, chairs, and boogie boards. Loved having access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club too, which was great for a quick morning workout.

The unit was in excellent condition, well equipped and had nice beach gear. Fantastic location with a nice grassy area beyond the lanai and close to tennis courts and beach. Stayed with 2 adults and 2 teens and space was perfect. We would definitely stay again!

The two bedroom ground level condo at Kahala 311 was spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything you could need. Sitting outside on the patio and watching the beautiful and ever changing clouds pass by in the morning while having breakfast was great. I'm from Washington State so it would be way too cold and likely rainy to do that. Very close to some good restaurants and shopping just down Poipu Rd to the left. No air conditioning though, just fans so consider that if your needing cool air to sleep at night. I just slept with one thin sheet and it was fine for me. Would go back again.

My husband and I and our two teenagers enjoyed spring break at Kahala 311. We spent hours on the lanai enjoying the view, walked to the beach daily for boogie boarding and snorkeling. The home was clean and had everything we needed. I especially enjoyed the washer and dryer! We will definitely return.

This was a great location to stay on the island of Kauai. 12 of us stayed at Kahala location. We were all beside each other so it was very convenient to being together. The home had everything in it that we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The views from the lanai were great. We could see the whales spouting from it. The beach was a very short walk. We saw whales, fish jumping out in the water, turtles on the beach and in the water and a monk seal on the beach. Snorkeling was great right in front of us also.

Lovely spot overlooking a wide expanse of green, with the ocean beyond that - loved sitting on the lanai and watching the sunsets, watching the sea, watching the geckos watch us - so peaceful. The grounds are very well maintained and the condo was comfortable and clean. It seems to me an ideal location for a young family - Poipu beach is calm, and the pools are fun for the kids, and the condo makes for a sensibly priced stay. We're all adults (couple and mother-in-law), so when a family with boisterous kids started their stay upstairs the noise was a little much for us - but I think this would probably not be an issue, or even focused on by another young family. We're just older and prefer tranquility at the homebase. Upstairs units would probably be less noisy - but this nice ground floor unit came in handy given our mum has some problems walking (but by then end of the holiday was bounding about comparatively - I tell you, Kauai is magic.) One small complaint: The assigned parking spot is conveniently close, great when you have someone with limited mobility in your party - yet twice when we came back from touring the island we found contractors parked there.

We were pleasantly surprised at the wonderful accommodations. The locale, close to the meeting we were attending, was perfect. A 10 minute walk to the Hyatt. We spent a lot of time just hiking and walking around the area. The condo was very clean and offered everything we could possibly need. It was very quiet and peaceful.

Our family has stayed in Suite Paradise condos 7 times and we're returning again this winter. It's ideal for family vacations with it's park like setting and proximity to the Brennecke Beach and Poipu Park. Every unit we've stayed in has been very clean, comfortable and well equipped. All of the people on the staff are really friendly and helpful. We think it's the best place to say on Kauai!
