Description

Welcome to Pili Mai 12L, fondly named The Gordon Isle!  Designed with your ohana (family) in mind, this 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath luxury villa provides all the amenities your heart desires.  Allow your cares to drift away as you prepare for a fun-filled island holiday in a newly built home with central air-conditioning and luxury finishes.
The fully equipped kitchen offers granite countertops and backsplashes with the subtle beauty of alder wood cabinetry.  Stainless-steel appliances include a full-size refrigerator with freezer, stove range with oven, microwave, and dishwasher.  Cookware and dishware included along with blender and coffeemaker.
Every room of Gordon Isle offers either a panoramic view of the tranquil Pacific Ocean or the lush mountainous landscape of Mount Kahili. Unwind in the spacious and comfortable living area while enjoying your favorite show or movie. Delight in each uniquely themed bedroom with inviting furnishings that complement the theme.  With dual master suites each with its en-suite bathroom, a California king bedroom with an extra queen pullout option, and full-size bunk beds that also have a full-size bed pullout including a built-in keiki playhouse, Gordon Isle offers a little something special for everyone. Revel in the wisp of the morning breeze on your skin or the warmth of the setting sun while dining or relaxing on the lanai.  
The Gordon Isle is set within a private recreational village known as the Pili Mai Resort and is located in the newly developed building 12.  Pili Mai Resort amenities include an ohana (family) pool, a Keiki (child) pool, poolside lounge areas, an exercise center, and barbecue grills.  The Kiahuna golf course, Pacos Tacos restaurant, and the Poipu Shopping Village are only a short stroll from the Gordon Isle.

My Ohana and I stayed the week of Sept 30- Oct 6th, and we knew this would be a great home for our stay but it exceeded our expectations! The photos dont do the home justice. Its a wonderful condo community with a beautiful backdrop of greenery, mountains and the golf course. TONS of perks from the community pool area to the access of the Beach Club that has a great sand play area for the little ones and water slides for the older ones. They give you towels and it has plenty of lounge space for adults with a GREAT restaurant onsite ( you must try the Mahi Mahi with fried rice). So many great shops and eateries close by, and its a great morning walk about 1.5 miles to the beach or 1 min via car. The home had plenty of towels, kitchen items so we could cook comfortably, soap for laundry, toiletries were provided that was a nice gesture, plenty of sleeping space for options for parents to sleep with kids or without. The beautiful patio, had a great view! When I visit the area again, I would stay here again! HAPPY CUSTOMER

Suite Paradise was a lovely two level end unit overlooking the 18th hole. It was beautifully furnished with a well stocked kitchen. The children LOVED their bunk bed room! There was a large grassy area next to us where they played. We enjoyed eating as a family on the lanai. Great stay … thank you!

Host was very informative, check in was smooth and easy. The area was beautiful and the house itself was clean and very well stocked. Extremely family friendly, there's a kids room. Internet kept dropping but that just gives an excuse to be unplugged. The athletic club has great facilities that I wish we had gone to starting on the first day. Poipu Beach is great for family/kids also. Turtles come up to the shore! Overall I highly recommend and would want to come back again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided including beach gear, cooler bags, printer, bbq utensils, etc. The kids found the bunk room adorable, a special room just for them, and it included a play kitchen with the fixings! There were 13 of us and there was plenty of beds and rooms. We definitely want to stay there again.

My family’s stay was awesome. The unit was clean, well stock with kitchen ware. I think one of the best things were the towels…very soft. We made good use of the beach chairs, toy and life jacket for my grandson. I will definitely stay here again.

The home is lovely, quiet, clean, decorated nicely, and well cared for. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots/pans/dishes, etc. One true asset is access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club. It was amazing - the towels, pool, slide, quantity of chairs, restaurant and on the check-out day, using the facility for a late departure was awesome. The exercise facility and the locker rooms were clean and really nice. It was a great extra not 'promoted' to the enjoyment level we had. We did not miss not having a personal pool at all! Close proximity to Poipu Beach and beautifully landscaped surroundings. We had 9 adults and 4 children in our party and everyone had plenty of room! We really enjoyed our stay. Added bonus: Chickens for alarm clocks!

We are an extended family of 14 taking a trip to Hawaii together and we couldnt have asked for a better condo, we enjoyed so many things like time spent on the patio in the early mornings, great times in the kichen together, there were plenty of beds for all of us. It was less than a mile from Poipu Beach and the children enjoyed the pool!

Great property, good location and is equipped with everything you could possibly need with exception of groceries and personal toiletries. We had a family of 10 age ranging from 4-74, 2 families (3) (5) and 2 grandmothers. The family of 5 plus 1 grandmother occupied the upstairs bedrooms with family of 3 and grandmother occupying main level bedrooms. This unit is on upper level so must be able to climb stairs. Beds very comfortable and kids ages 4-13 loved the playroom! The pool was just a short 3 minute or less depending on traffic light drive which family enjoyed with the beach also a 3-5 minutes from Condo. Waimea Canyon definitely worth the steep drive as it is breathtaking. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

During our stay a few weeks ago, some stars aligned due to a cancellation and a few maintenance requirements on our previous Condo so we were incredibly fortunate to get to move into Pili Mai 12L. I was traveling with my parents, my husband, our 8 and 12-year-old, my sister, her husband, and their 18-month-old son. This unit was beyond perfect for our family. There are just SO many things I can gush about. The seating on the lanai was amazing and looks out on a far ocean view but you can see the golf course and the driving range from here too. I watched my kids and husband from the comfort of the AC & shade. The kitchen eating area was also great - my kids loved sitting up to the island while the rest of the family sat comfortably around the table. The kitchen - had all of the amenities we could ask for, and loved that we could just walk down the street to use the grill. We ate in a lot! The living spaces were wonderful and we even enjoyed the large selection of movies and television during the evenings or through a quick rainstorm. Now, the rooms - wow! The main floor (which is up one set of stairs for the unit, had 2 master rooms. The one just off the front entry had a "baby nook" built-in closet area complete with a crib, crib sheets, dimming lights, and a fan. The remote wasn't working at first, so I picked up a new battery at Longs Drug, and then all was well! The one remote worked for BOTH the upstairs kid's room and the baby nook (since the other remote is MIA). The baby nook was PERFECT for our 18-month-old because it was sequestered away from the action, dark, cool, and very calming. They had a lovely tub in that bathroom which was the highlight of the 2 youngest after a long day in the sun. The other master was where my parents stayed, it had the most luxurious bathroom & shower and I think their only complaint was the 4am wake-up call from the local roosters. Upstairs: my family had 2 rooms and a large bathroom with 2 sinks and another shower/tub combo. We had extra towels & linens so we could change and use anything we needed. The "adult" room also had a trundle bed in case we needed it, a TV which came in handy for the older kids to watch a movie when the adults were chatting or playing cards downstairs. The kids' room upstairs was by far the biggest WIN of all. The closet had been transformed into a "drive-through kitchen stand" and there are 2 queen size bunk beds and a kid's table and chairs. My nephew and kids played literal hours up there and had an absolute blast. What an amazing thing for my family to experience. The in-unit laundry was excellent. We were basically able to go home with clean luggage! The ability to wash and have clean towels for the beach was also a HUGE benefit. The garage was well equipped with chairs, boogie boards, life jackets, a wagon, a stroller, and *Shop-Vac! We were able to vacuum our vehicles from the comfort of the driveway and not battle the masses at a gas station. The wagon was an excellent addition to take us and our gear to the pool which was just a short walk away. My nephew even fell asleep in it on one of the walks home after a long pool day. Speaking of - the Pili Mai pool, hot tub, and kitchenette were also top-notch. The kitchenette was open on Easter which was really nice! I think it needs to be rented if you want it any other time. The kiddy pool was always a bit warmer than the big pool but not as hot as the hot tub, so my nephew grew very comfortable and fond of the water. We loved the covered seating as well as the umbrella options. We had a few storms and rains roll through but most were short-lived and we just got back to enjoying the comfortable weather. A few chickens stole some of our snacks, but that was about it when it came to issues. The communication and support of the Suite Paradise staff were both out of this world. They were absolutely wonderful from the moment we checked in, through the unit move, and through the whole stay! I cannot say enough about how well we were treated, and the knowledge and friendliness of every person we encountered with Suite-Paradise. The ability to also use the athletic club was seriously awesome. From a few workouts, the soccer field for the boys, the zero-entry sand pool, the workout classes, tennis courts, and (yummy) amazing lava flows with rum float...- that place was also a fantastic amenity that we didn't have on the past few trips to Kauai. I would absolutely travel here and stay in this home again because it really felt like a home away from home.

We were a party of 11 adults, 1 under two and a 12 year old. Space was beautiful, well stocked with dishes and beach gear. We ate dinner in most nights with our group in house and found the place to be a great hosting space. It was also very peaceful and quiet. We would definitely rent again. Access to the beach club was a great perk as well!
