Fantastic condo for our family. Ground level was ideal for wandering kids, and we loved the access to the beach amenities. Bonus: access to the Poipu Athletic Club. Look forward to returning again next year!

12F at Pila Mai was a beautiful and well decorated condo perfect for our needs. The large two-bedroom was comfortable and well stocked with everything needed for a beach stay. Having access to the beach chairs, beach towels and snorkeling gear was so convenient. The kitchen was perfect and the large master closest was an extra bonus for our luggage and dressing area. The Suite Paradise personnel were friendly and professional. The unit is as advertised with the only negative being the parking lot from the lanai which was loud as we enjoyed our coffee in the morning. It wasn't over bearing but you do hear the noise from the golf employees and the patrons at their cars. It would not dissuade us from using this condo again as the condo itself is beautiful and meant our needs.

Absolutely beautiful condo. Great location to the beaches and to Old Koloa! Appreciated the provided beach chairs, boogie boards, and snorkel gear. Lots of dishes and silverware, so we didn't have to do dishes every meal;) Would book again!

We had a great stay at this condo. The host was super responsive before and during our stay. We had a few minor needs that they were very helpful with. They provided a pack and play for our baby and put it together for us before we arrived. The condo was clean, well stocked, and conveniently located. Having access to the beach club was great. Overall would recommend!

Check in was easy. Condo is very nicely appointed. The kitchen is modern and well stocked with everything needed to cook. It is disappointing that there are no basics such as salt, pepper, foil etc. I understand it’s due to Covid but it’s expensive to buy all of those items only to leave them behind. I hope they are at least being donated. The beds are very comfortable and spacious. The master bathroom is large and has a great walk in closet. It was also nice to have the extra powder bath and washer/dryer. The condo complex is well maintained with clean communal gas grills and a nice pool and hot tub. The location is good but not walking distance to the beach when you are carrying chairs and coolers. We had a rental car so drove to Poipu beach which is super close and has decent basic snorkeling. Even better are all the turtles that come up on the beach there. We went in the evening and there were more than 20! If I travel back to Kauai with my family, I would stay in this complex again. I would love a unit with a golf course view next time as you can also watch the sunset.

The property was clean and comfortable with two King size beds. We arrived late the first night and check in with the key box was easy. It was really great to have a washer and dryer, since we were flying through clothes quickly in the mud and rain. It made for a perfect trip!
