This condo was everything we could have hoped for. It was super clean, the kitchen was so well stocked with everything you need, the location is amazing (walking distance to amazing beaches and restaurants), the view overlooking the green space and tennis courts from the balcony was relaxing with great seating, and the beds and bedding were comfortable! The pools were great and you can see one from the balcony. Location was the best!! Would absolutely recommend this stunning and perfect condo in Kauai.

We really enjoyed staying here. It worked perfect for two couples, we pushed the twin beds together in the second bedroom. It would also work great with a family. The master bedroom is up the stairs and is separate from the main living space. It has a balcony view, large bathroom and king size bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. They also have beach chairs and beach towels. The only thing they don’t have is a cooler which would be nice for all day ventures. The pool and hot tub are nice and the gym has enough equipment to get your work out completed. We did have a night that the hot tub was cold. They must have emptied it that day. We also went One night and couldn’t get in to the locked area, which was a bummer. The location was great. All in all it was a nice place to stay and would stay here again.

Incredible stay in Kauai! Suite Paradise gives you a portal in advance with lots of great information about your stay and activities in the area. The apartment has a beautiful pool at the end of the block with an ocean view while you swim. The walk to the beach is extremely short. The pictures did not do this apartment justice. There are a large covered lanai and two additional balconies on the second floor with great views, including seeing all the stars at night. An added bonus was to watch the sunset from your own lanai - picture perfect. Everything was immaculately clean. We appreciated that the apartment contained every beach amenity. The kitchen was fully stocked and the laundry in the apartment was a big plus. A big mahalo to the owners for the complimentary bottle of wine in the refrigerator especially after our long flight. I don't have enough good things to say about this condo. We took our family of five (three kids 2,5, & 10) and stayed here, and it couldn't have been more perfect. It's the perfect walking distance to so many great destinations, it has two great pools, and a great restaurant right across the greenbelt. It has a great full service kitchen so that we could get groceries, and cook when we wanted to. they had a pack 'n' play delivered before our arrival for our little guy, and they had great service whenever we needed anything. Five stars for sure!!

This vacation rental was very nice. Bathrooms need to be updated, but it had everything needed in the kitchen, and well-stocked linens and towels! Very warm in the summer. There is no air conditioning but is stocked with quite a few fans. The master bed was very soft. I am used to a bit firmer mattress but that is just a personal opinion!

This unit is updated, the kitchen has everything you need. Two pools and tennis. One pool deck overlooks the ocean. The beach is a quick walk away, maybe 3-5 min. BBQ grills outside . Great restaurants nearby. The upstairs is a master suite with two lanai and a seating area inside. Great views of the beautiful gardens and mountains, some limited views of the ocean. Great place to stay, we plan to return.

This was our first visit to Kauai, we loved it. This two bedroom two-story condo met our needs perfectly. It is spacious, nicely remodeled, well decorated, and close to Poipu beach. The management staff was very responsive to a few minor concerns. I would recommend this condo to anyone that wants to be close to the beach, in a well maintained condo complex, with nice amenities, and close to boutique shopping and upscale dining. Enjoy!

It was larger than we thought it would be and centrally located. The walk to the beach was not very long at all and the restaurant was only a short walk as well. We loved the food and drinks at Kalapaki Joes. Awesome Burgers and even better Happy Hour! The extra boogie boards and umbrella were nice, but we had already pre-arranged for rentals before we came. Which was very handy and will use that service again next time. Very affordable and clean! Could use a little updating in the bathrooms and WiFi would have been helpful, but it was great all the same. We will come back to the same unit, if available, next time. The service was great! Anything we needed they were there to help us. I broke the key off in the door and they took care of it right away. Don't know how it happened, just a fluke mishap when my son stumbled and pushed me back into the door.

Our vacation was super we loved Poipu the beaches were top notch and the sea life was so vibrant! Our condo was great the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed all the amenities we needed were there. When our coffee pot gave out one quick call to the front desk and we had one to replace it with in 15 min. This location was close to everything and very well kept grounds. The beach was a short walk and the sunsets and sunrises were beautiful! Our TV came in handy to watch Team Canada Women's and Men's Hockey Team's take the Olympic Gold!!

Our vacation condo was perfect for our family to enjoy for two amazing weeks on Kauai. We were only 207 steps (the kids counted our walk several times) to Brenneke's and Poipu Beaches. The condo is a mother's dream set-up, with a washer/dryer combo on the first floor along with an amazing kitchen with everything you need to make easy crock pot dinners or prepare for an outdoor BBQ. The dinning/living room area and a beautiful lanai was set-up for easy hanging out evenings of watching DVD's, playing family board games or sitting outside watching the day turn into another peaceful evening as we enjoyed another day in Kauai. The master bedroom was a delight for my husband and me to enjoy. It was light and airy with a beautiful sitting room space, a bathroom which met our needs and more and the bed had a mattress which put us to sleep after another wonderful day on Kauai. The kid's room had two twin beds, a TV with a DVD player and plenty of closet space with a full bathroom across the hall. We come to Kauai every other year and our next stay in 2015 will be at Manualoha 806!
