Very nice property. Close and walkable distance to the beach/ocean. Beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrella provided. The convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit came in handy - very tropical weather. Their bed is very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to install a screen door onto the front door otherwise the unit can get extremely warm if you don’t leave the front door open to allow the breeze to pass through, which requires you to stay in the unit. There is air conditioning in the bedroom which was appreciated. I truly loved our stay and would use this unit again, if I’m blessed to be able to return to Kauai.

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful location in early June 2023. The condo was great and included everything we needed for our stay. I would absolutely stay here again. I only have one suggestion, please include instructions for the televisions. Each television had two remotes and we never could figure out how to find the shows we wanted. Didn't matter in the end because we were too busy to watch TV!

We were very happy with this condo, the resort and the location. Check in was easy and the place was spotlessly clean. It’s a really nice condo, very spacious especially for two people. Lots of space in the big rooms. Loved being on the ground floor since there is a community grill right outside the lanai, we grilled almost every night and didn’t have to go down any stairs to get there! Would highly recommend this vacation rental, really ideal for two or three people.

There were no beach chairs in our unit nor a cushion for the chaise lounge. New chairs were delivered to us the next day and the ordered cushion arrived on Monday. We were very pleased with the response time. Thank you

We were very happy with the view and the property in general. The unit is in need of some upgrades. Our door lock did not work and we had to call management who responded promptly to fix the lock. Also, the kitchen only has one useful frying pan and nothing other than salt and pepper were provided. We rented through Airbnb and expect more amenities from rentals on this site, as we also are Airbnb hosts. We still had a great vacation!

We had a fabulous 10 days in this condo. Within walking distance to some fabulous restaurants and the beach. Beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, etc all included. The only thing that we could have wished for would be some basics for cooking like olive or veg oil, and some spices, etc as the condo had nothing but coffee filters, salt, and pepper.

The apartment 613 was exactly as described and in short perfect. The view over the garden and the sea were beautiful and the complex is very well maintained. Sunsets were gorgeous and the way to the beach always nice. The check-in and staff at Paradise Suites were great and perfect from start to finish. A fully equipped kitchen with the latest appliances makes a wonderful self-catering. The air conditioning in the knock room is also worth gold and the rain shower in the bathroom was lovely. TV is in the living room and in the bedroom. The private parking was also right outside the door and everything was great. Also, we got the possibility for a late check out without further problems. We would prefer this property to any luxury hotel on Kauai again

Amazing location! All was perfect: the comfortable, large and clean house, the outdoor with sea sight and wonderful garden, best beach of Kauai (Poipu) 10 minutes walk, swimming pool, a nice restaurant very close. Peace was everywhere, just paradise! Easy check-in, host so helpful. We enjoyed so much with our baby 15 months old. We hope to come again! Thankyou Suite Paradise

This was our third Poipu Kai stay and our first through Suite Paradise. We wanted a unit with an ocean view and a/c in the bedrooms, and this unit fit the bill perfectly. Really enjoyed the nice lanai where I was swarmed with birds and chickens every morning!

With the beautiful lawns, palms, and landscape framing the view of the ocean at Brennecke Beach, Kahala 613 is well appointed, furnished in Polynesian resort style. The kitchen has all the appliances, dishes, pots and pans that you need to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. The ground floor unit has a lovely lanai that allows you to step onto the manicured lawn. We appreciated being about 4 buildings distance from Kalapaki Joe's Restaurant - close enough to get to easily but not too close to be bothered by enthusiastic sports bar visitors, given we have a toddler who goes to sleep around 8. We enjoyed a number of really good lunches there - fun atmosphere and friendly staff. Parking was convenient. The swimming pool was lovely and clean. And so close to Poipu State Park - the best beaches ever for toddlers, families, snorkeling, body surfing, watching for turtles, monk seals, porpoises and whales.
