Welcome to our Penthouse Condo with an ocean view from every room. You will stay in our comfy spot 'above it all' in this spacious, fourth-floor, non-smoking complex with two bedrooms (each with a queen bed), a huge living room, and an oversized private ocean-view lanai.
Offering unsurpassed privacy for your romantic honeymoon our home away from home is also perfectly suited for families with children featuring over 400 sq. ft. of private lanai for the little ones to run. While not a sofa sleeper, the large sectional will comfortably sleep, two small children. There is a fully-equipped kitchen along with a full-size washer and dryer right in the unit.
The Prince Kuhio complex features beautifully manicured tropical grounds with a beautiful swimming pool, and a large barbecue area with both gas and charcoal barbecues, and the kids love the Koi ponds.

Our stay here was fantastic. The sunrise and sunset views from the lanai were amazing (fewer clouds at sunrise would have made it even better). The unit had everything we needed and was a great place to spend some time relaxing, cooking, and, of course, sleeping.

The condo was in a superb location, with an ocean view, a 2-minute walk to the closest beach, and a 5-minute walk to another beach with great snorkeling and swimming. Monk seals and sea turtles are often seen at the 5-minute walk beach location. The condo itself is attractive and decorated with classy local vibe artwork. The building is constructed with quality building materials, so we didn't hear any sounds from upstairs or next door. The AC worked well, and also there are good opportunities to use natural breeze, so the AC doesn't need to be used much. The lanai was fantastic. As far as the consumable kitchen supplies that Airbnbs often provide, there was only some starter coffee in filter packs, and tiny salt and pepper shakers, but no additional salt for cooking with, no oil, no spices, no sugar, no plain coffee filters, etc. Our stay went smoothly with no issues at all, but there was a sense that the local Suite Paradise office personnel would be helpful in case something came up.

This condo is located right where you want to be on Poipu. It has fantastic views. You can walk straight down to the best body boarding beach on Kauai where you will be greeted by sea turtles every day in the waves. Snorkeling can be done on the nearby beach - two minutes away. You have tennis courts a minute away, two pools, and easy parking. If you would like to surf, Shipwreck Beach is a five-minute walk away. There´s a beautiful trail alongside the cliffs and lots of restaurants nearby. Almost forgot the free access to the beach club a few blocks away. It has a training studio outdoors, volleyball and soccer courts, a restaurant, a tennis court, and a pool for small kids. The apartment seems to be privately owned because it has a well-equipped kitchen. There are beach chairs/umbrella/boards available. The living room is spacious.
Just lean back and enjoy your Hawaii vacation! Our family will definitely return when we have the chance.

Excellent location with sunrise and sunset views on both sides. Very quiet and private. Walking distance to some of the local restaurants and beaches. Very clean and well decorated. The unit would really benefit from having AC at least in the bedrooms. It gets very hot inside during the day since there are windows on all sides. It takes a while to cool down at night, and if it rains, you have to close all the windows and sliding doors, otherwise everything gets wet. We were hot every night. The beds themselves were pretty basic and on the firm side. Would also appreciate less single use items, like the mini bottle of Dawn dish soap, and more large reusable household cleaners. Overall, great stay in an ideal location.
