A popular question asked by many of our guests is the proximity of our Kauai vacation properties to the beaches, main attractions, restaurants and shops in the area during their Kauai visit. Kahala and Manualoha Complexes
The Kahala and Manualoha Complexes at Poipu Kai Resort are both situated nearest to the Suite Paradise Office. Both are also within a short walk to or from Brennecke's Beach and Poipu Beach Park. Many guests have raved about the swimming pool at Manualoha. Because of its location, there is a stellar view of Brennecke's Beach right from the poolside. Nihi Kai Villas sits just beyond the Manualoha Complex and also just adjacent from Brennecke's Beach.
Makanui at Poipu Kai Resort
Makanui at Poipu Kai Resort is situated just about halfway between Shipwrecks Beach and Poipu Beach Park. The central location makes the Makanui complex so convenient to take a few minutes stroll to Poipu Beach for some fun in the sun.
Regency at Poipu Kai Resort
Regency at Poipu Kai Resort is just a short drive over to the beach or choose to walk there using the Poipu Kai Green Belt.
Poipu Sands
Poipu Sands is located furthest east of all Poipu Kai Resort complexes. Follow the Poipu Kai Resort Green Belt to Shipwrecks Beach. If you are looking to watch the sunrise on the South side of Kauai Shipwrecks Beach serves as a perfect location. Even if you are not a morning person it is quite worth rising early for.

The beautiful Poipu Beach Hale, a 3 bedroom stand-alone home, is our closest hale to Brennecke's Beach and Poipu Beach Park. Many find the sound of the waves crashing on the sandy shores relaxing and soothing. Can you imagine sitting on the deck listening to the alluring sounds of the ocean?

Poipu Crater Resort
Poipu Crater Resort risides in the center of an old volcano crater. Although the volcano is extinct the cool factor is pretty hard to top.

Poipu Makanui Hale
Poipu Makanui Hale has one of the best views of Makahuena Point. During whale season you can sometimes see these magnificent creatures leaping in the air right from the upper deck. This 4 bedroom/3.5 bath stand alone home is also centrally located near some of Poipu's popular beaches.
Pili Mai at Poipu
Pili Mai at Poipu is one of the newest communities in Poipu. It is nestled right up to to the Kiahuna Golf Course and just down the street from Poipu Shopping Village with conveniences such as Starbuck's Coffee, Whaler's General Store, and a fantastic eateries such as Keoki's Paradise, Puka Dog, Anuenue Cafe, Bangkok Happy Bowl, and Pietro's Pizza. These units are also our nearest properties to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club.
