If it’s convenience you are after, beaches, shops, and activities can be found all within a short distance, so you'll never run out of things to do (or places to shop!).

This place was great for the price! Easy walking to Poipu Beach Park and the Hyatt Resort. We had a group of 7 and everyone slept comfortably enough. The pool and hot tub were close and adequate.

This condo is well-located and quite spacious. Our family of 5 was all comfortable and enjoyed the property a lot! We visited the athletic club several times and spent time at two of the property's pools. The interior of the condo is quite outdated, but everything is functional and clean. We would stay here again!

This place was great to stay at. Full kitchen and spacious rooms. Plenty of room for our family of five. Easy walk to the beach. It was great to have use of the two pools. Having the loft upstairs was great to have an extra bed for our family. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels. Great to stay on the second floor as we slept with our windows open all night. We stayed at the end of March and the temperature was great. I would highly recommend this spot. Everything was clean and we really enjoyed it. Note the workout center was great, we used it once, but it is a short drive, or a long walk away. It's probably stated clearly in the listing, but I didn't realize that till I got there. Great place! We loved our vacation here.

Spacious vacation rental. Upstairs “bedroom and half bath” is a loft so better for a heavier sleeper. Love the proximity to the beach. Enjoyed the spa and would have used the pool if it was heated. I’m sure in summer the water is warm and perfect but it was too cold for us to use in February. Really appreciated the beach chairs, sun umbrellas and body board. Would stay again at Regency again but would prefer an updated unit if available.

We were a group of three couples. Each had a large room and bathroom. The kitchen was equipped with enough dishes for ten people. The living room was spacious, everyone was very comfortable. Checking in was a breeze, the bathrooms had all the amenities and large fluffy beach towels!!! The condo location is close to the beach, shopping and a terrific golf course. All for a reasonable cost.

We were 2 couples and a single, so the 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath was perfect. With one on special diet it was great to have our own complete kitchen, everything we needed. We wish there could have been air conditioning for the loft bedroom (with 1/2 bath), as the hot air goes up and the fans couldn't cool that as much as the down stairs. Everything was clean, it was convenient to any place we wanted to go.

Great unit, great location, great weather! We met several long-term and permanent residents (in the hot tub) that we really hit it off with. As we say in the islands, "plenty aloha." Only problem was that our stay was too short. Can't wait to get back.

plenty of space for 6 adults.kitchen has everything you will need. there is a gas bbq on the property about 100 yards away. about 10-minute walk to Poipu beach. easy access to all roads towards Waimea or Princeville. price for the size of the unit was very good. very close to hot tub/swimming pool. 
Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Sightseeing.
