You will feel right at home in this 2-bedroom ocean view unit located at one of the South Shore’s finest resorts
- Nihi Kai Villas! From the sizable lanai off the living room and dining room, you can see the splash of waves
hitting the rocks right at the end of the street. The townhouse design of the unit offers a sense of privacy and
separation from the main living area. The first floor is home to the master bedroom, complete with a king-size
bed and a master bath which has been fully upgraded. The walk-in shower enclosed with glass and tile will
make you feel like you are visiting your spa. At the other end of the hall are the guest bedroom
and another upgraded bathroom. The second floor is made for entertaining! The spacious living area includes
a large living room and dining room leading to the main lanai, and a breakfast/game area with its lanai
overlooking the gardens. The gourmet kitchen with its rich wood cabinets and granite countertops has
everything you need to host your group. Find the kitchen fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and
drinkware for your favorite tropical meal needs. Outside of the relaxing oasis of Nihi Kai Villas, is an island full
of beautiful sights and exciting activities. However, you are only a stone’s throw away from world-famous
Poipu Beach is known for monk seal sightings! Access to Poipu Beach Athletic Club (Fitness Gym Cardio and Weight Room, Tennis courts, and Pickel-Ball)

Our family had a wonderful stay at this suite last week. It was clean, comfortable, and very convenient. The kitchen was well stocked, and the beach chairs were a great bonus. Our family of four had more than enough room, and the view/sound of the ocean was awesome! We would definitely book again.

Perfectly situated two story location. Very accommodating to our toddlers (i.e. provided pack-n’-plays, baby gate, etc.). Beautiful view, plus window and large fan upstairs made the living space comfortable despite lack of air conditioner (i.e. ‘AC’).

This was our second time staying at Nihi Kai Villas. The property has one of the best locations in Kauai, right at Poipu beach. It has beautiful landscaping throughout and a deep in-ground pool that is perfect for lounging and looking out over the blue waves. The condos are a bit dated (built in the 70’s) but we knew that when we booked and still loved it! Also no A/C but we just opened all the slats on the windows and let the cool ocean breezes blow thru the condo. It really cools down nice at night. As mentioned, we’ve stayed at Nihi Kai twice now and plan on coming back again and again! Our favorite spot on Kauai!

I had waited a bit long when choosing this location. This location made for the perfect 60th Birthday week for my wife. We were able to share this week without a daughter, 18-month-old grandson, and son in law. Everything was better than we expected! This location will be the main choice for our next visit to Kaua’i! Thank you so much! Highly recommend! Service was easy prompt and kind. So close to the best beaches in Poi Pu. When asked to accommodate the grandson they provide several keys items to make life easier. Clean, comfortable and convenient! Seeing whales breach from the lanai was the icing on the cake. Everyone was friendly and gathered nightly for beautiful sunsets! Everything we needed for the perfect vacation. We will be back again!

Great location in Poipu ... Super close to the beach. Unit 303 has a nice view of the ocean. Good breeze through the unit on the upper floor. Really liked the place and we would stay again if we were to stay on the South Shore.

We had a very nice stay in this unit. It is nicely located near the beach, restaurant and shopping. It was clean and nicely appointed to cook meals and plenty of space to hang out around the living room. There were boogie boards and beach chairs. The pool was nice too (no hot tub). The grounds were beautifully maintained. On the negative side, we did not like that no AC was available. For the most part it was cool enough with fans, but you could hear the gardeners crunching around first thing in the morning, every morning! Also the carpet should be replaced with solid flooring. The dishwasher and tv were broke when we arrived. I called the manager and they came out the same day to replace the dishwasher and give us a new remote which allowed tv to work. It was inconvenient but they resolved the issues quickly. Overall, I would recommend this unit.

My wife and I had a wonderful relaxing stay. Celebrating our 20th anniversary. Great dining and made some new friends and fantastic memories. I can say that we will be back in the future. Sunset dining, zip lines, botanical gardens, lauas and more stuff than we had time to do. Mahalo and Aloha to our new O'hana!!

My three college kids and I stayed here over the Christmas vacation. The location was ideal - we could see the ocean from the second floor. The condo was very nice, and had all of the comforts of a home, including wireless internet. The bathrooms look like they had just been redone and done well. We used the outdoor grills and met other nice families staying here as well, many who were return renters. The staff was also very helpful. We would rent here again.

To start, the place was very large. There were only 3 of us staying in the 2 bedroom unit, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were more than I expected. The common areas upstairs could accommodate a large group if you were hosting a gathering. The deck was also very large and with a great ocean view. It was a 5-10 min walk from 2 amazing beaches that had different areas... some great for small children, others for boogie boarding and others for snorkeling, and one had a lifeguard. With the beach so close, I never even stepped into the pool area, but we did use the public BBQ. I would stay here again.

Once again we had great accommodation at Suite Paradise. This was our best location yet(at Nihi Kai # 302) as it is so close to the beach. We were able to sit on our lanai and watch the whales.The premises were clean and comfortable and the property is immaculate The kitchen was updated and well equipped,the living area is spacious.The two bedrooms are on the ground level and both have garden views. The only drawback was that beds in this unit are due for replacement but are not too bad. Wireless internet would be an asset -it has been a long time since being tethered to the wall! We will definitely return

We loved this unit. It had a great view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets. The waves could be heard crashing - a great sound to fall asleep to. It was the perfect amount of space for our family of 5. The kitchen was well supplied and grills are available.

The condominium was nice. The location is very good, a short walk to the beach and centrally located for activities on Kauai. The living space and furniture were a bit awkward--we would have liked some chairs and lights set up that were conducive to reading. The balcony was nice, with a good view and plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen was well-equipped. The unit was clean and well-stocked. Check in and out was easy.

We really enjoyed the property, it was spacious, clean and well equipped. The location was close to the beach great for swimming, snorkeling and exploring. The ad said it slept 6 people, but it doesn't. However, the value is great compared to others we saw.
