This unit has been upgraded to delight every guest and features portable AC in the master bedroom and the living room. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen has warm rich wood cabinets and granite countertops, while the master bath has a large walk-in glass shower with its own view of the ocean. Not having a road that goes around the island means that there are many surprises in places where vehicles can't go; allowing many visitors to put on their hiking shoes to get to Kauai trails, tropical forests, and waterfalls. Had an amazing stay in this unit. Well equipped kitchen. There is a cooler for guests that is unfortunately not usable, due to corroded zippers. This was not a big deal for us as we had taken our own. The views were spectacular. The beaches were walking distance. Centrally located to explore the west side and north shore. Can't wait to visit again.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. There is a flight of stairs to entrance and to the main living space. Huge windows in living room overlooking the ocean in the distance. With binoculars we could see whales breaching. The master bedroom and bathroom were very roomy and comfortable. Air conditioning in master bedroom and living room worked well and necessary even in February. This location is wonderful. Close to the beach, pool, and walking trails. Very friendly folks all around this area.

This unit is a short walk to the pool and, beyond that, a short walk to Poipu beach. The view from the upper deck is awesome and that is where we had our coffee every morning. Was a bit too hot to sit there in the afternoon sun, but we did go out to watch the stars at night. Lovely furnishings and just enough to prep meals in the kitchen. Would stay here again for sure, as long as I can navigate the stairs in and out of this second/third story unit. Thank you!

We had a great stay in this unit. Very close to the beach. We were able to walk there our 3-year-old and 18 months old. There were nice beach amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked. You often don't need the AC if you have the windows opened to let the breeze in (if there is a breeze!).

We stayed at Manualoha 305 and found the space very comfortable. Great views of the ocean + 2 patios (one of which is in the lower floor and overlooking palm trees providing much-needed shade during daytime) The condo also has access to a very nearby pool which has the ocean view! Very conveniently located 2mins walk to the beach and close to all restaurants. This place is especially great for families. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Spacious place, gorgeous views very close to beach. A real gem. One advice I'd give is update the bedding (including pillows) and get rid of the plastic mattress pad. Rest is well furnished in kitchen, laundry with beach chairs boogie boards etc. Didn't want to leave.................

The grounds are very open and pleasant. Only a 5 min walk on a path to Brennecke's Beach. Easy parking right in front of the unit. Nice open view to the south with the ocean in view but not ocean front. The unit is very spacious and comfortable. Well appointed but not upscale. Very nice, fully equipped kitchen. I would definitely stay there again.

The home was beautiful. The ocean view was great and the beach an easy walk. The pool was wonderful with an incredible view. The master suite was comfortable and a favorite room. The owners need to sharpen the knives and replace the pans. The unit did not cool down well even with the whole house fan running as there is no air conditioning. Small fans that we could have placed around the unit would have helped. The management company needs to provide better maps with the location of markets, places to eat, etc as we spent far too much time searching around as new comers. Oh we have did have a couple of roaches ... Probably through the screens... Gotta love the jungle

The condominium complex is lovely. The property is clean, well kept and accessible. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The unit we rented was a split level 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. The unit was clean and well appointed. From the unit we rented we could see the ocean and easily walk to the beach. Additionally, there were several pools and a at least one Jacuzzi. There is a restaurant/bar/clubhouse on the property but we never went there.

Our condo was as comfortable as home, but with a gorgeous view of the ocean. And it was just a 2 or 3 minute walk away from the beach. We've always found this resort to provide friendly, prompt service and to be beautifully cared for. You can't go wrong with this unit.
