Alex was a butcher back in the Philippines prior to his arrival in Kauai back in 2011. Upon arriving, he instantly felt like he was back at home. He began working at the Poipu Kai grounds, and part time at a local Big Save grocery store.

In his spare time, he enjoys bringing his wife out to the beach, or to go shopping once in a while, but typically is always busy working, in order to make for his children back in the
