We were very pleased with our nicely decorated, clean, 2 bedroom townhouse. It was located on well-maintained grounds with sidewalk access to the beach. It was a bonus that it provided beach towels, 4 beach chairs, and a cooler! We were greeted by friendly staff ready to help us with our questions. The beach club is not on the ocean and it was too far to walk to. Also, I feel it is more ideal for families with young children. We enjoyed the ocean with beautiful beaches and great hikes within walking distance and fun restaurants with excellent food within a short driving distance from the townhouse. I would return and rent again from Regency Villas.

Shout out to Suite Paradise in Kauai at Poipu Beach for making this a vacation we will never forget! The staff was excellent to work with & very helpful. Regency Villa H214 was exactly as pictured and a beautiful place to stay. Very clean and well kept. I had all that you needed to enjoy a relaxing day at the beach with a picnic lunch or lounge around the pool at Poipu Beach athletic club for a light bite to eat and drinks by the pool. Coming back to our villa in the evening was relaxing and the accommodations were just like being at home, we were able to grill a nice big steak from Costco and relax on the lanai and take a hot shower and into a comfortable bed for the night. The easy check-in process and Ashlyne S. was very helpful on line as she assisted us with the process of booking our villa. She was prompt and sent us an immediate e-mail confirmation and map of the grounds. The gals at the office were very friendly and helpful once we arrived, giving us extra laundry detergent & personal items in case we forgot anything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this unit as it had central air which was very nice! Poipu Beach & Brennecke's was a stone's throw from the villa, easy access to Shipwreck Beach as well. I can't say enough great things about our visit. I will definitely be back and hopefully, stay in the same villa...

We just left Kauai yesterday and are already talking about our next trip. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 - plenty of space, clean accommodations, comfortable beds, the kitchen had everything you'd need, plus the location was perfect. It is an easy walk to the Hyatt and the beach there (Shipwreck's) as well as to Poipu beach park. Having those paths through the green belts made it feel relaxing as we never had to go on a busy road or get it the car to see the water. Mahalo!

Great location short walk to beaches or a short drive to stores/restaurants. Enjoyed the athletic club and amenities. The condo was perfect for a family of 4- everything we needed was there from extra towels to beach bag and chairs! The parking is an issue even though there is a spot with a significant other people park in a spot and leave very little space to squeeze in and can’t open your car doors. The cleaning lady arrives 45min on early check out date too.

Prime location with a stunning view and all the amenities you could need! The condo was spacious and comfortable with a clean pool area. I especially loved the beach where we watched the whales, sat next to beached turtles, and had a more relaxed feel based on the fact that it was less populated. Awesome place to stay, Thanks Suite Paradise!
