Beautiful place! It fit all 5 us with plenty of extra room. Quiet and very close to some great restaurants. Also so close to some very great beaches. We had no issues with anything at this location! 10/10 would recommend!

Very comfortable condo in a beautiful complex. Less than 10 min walk from Shipwreck Beach, and less than 15 min from Poipu beach. We saw turtles and seals every day! Close to restaurants and shopping. Management was very responsive to small requests we had, and I would highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The location was unbeatable! Walked to Poipu Beach daily to swim and boogie board, and in the evenings to get shaved ice. The property had several pools to choose from ranging in depth and length. The condo unit was so clean and had everything we needed for our two families. The beach gear and toy chest were additional fun for the kids. Everything was just a short drive or walk. Can’t wait to return and will definitely recommend this property to many other future visitors.

A group of 8 of us stayed here, and it was wonderful. Good living room, a well-supplied kitchen for cooking some meals, and comfy beds. It was great to have access to the pool. One bedroom is a walk-through to another bedroom (upstairs), just a note.

Great, spacious condo with the Poipu beach at walking distance. Perfect if you want to work from home like me while enjoying the amazing beauty that Kauai has to offer. Very quiet surroundings with a lot of amenities and beach gear. Communication with resort staff was top-notch and very pleasant! I will definitely be visiting again!

We stayed here in celebration of my parents' 80th - there were 8 of us, and it was perfect. Assigned parking space meant the drive to Poipu Beach was five minutes - also walkable in 10-12 minutes. The place was very clean, comfortable, and we were greeted with a cold bottle of wine, which was very thoughtful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat

Everything was great with the place. The only thing we were a little disappointed with was the description of the 4 rooms. The one with the 2 kids beds was not actually a bedroom but was the upstairs loft outside of another bedroom.

Kauai is beautiful from Hanalei to Waimea!!! We enjoyed our stay. We had a large group and the unit worked great. The storage closet has plenty of chairs, boogie boards, ice chest, kid beach toys to use. Beach towels are provided and the in-unit washer/dryer kept all linens fresh for the week. The two swimming pools are clean and the resort landscape is very tropical. We enjoyed utilizing the athletic club a few afternoons too. Even though the unit is next to the main road, the car noise is not noticed (very low-speed limit). Suite Paradise provided kid sleeping cots and pack-n-plays at no additional cost

We were very pleased with this residence for our family vacation, 2 children and 3 couples. The location is a 10-15 minute walk to the main beach - great day with turtles on the beach and swim/ snorkeling, and also close to Shipwreck beach. Went up the far cliff at Shipwreck, easy walk up, to see a great sunrise. The place is generous with having beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys. There are two small pools with hot tubs and BBQ right by the place. We never used the Athletic Club as that was further away. The upstairs bedrooms work well for a family with 2 kids as you first walk through a room with twin beds to get to the shared bathroom and back bedroom. This was a very good location and we enjoyed our stay. You pick up the keys and check out at an office space a couple of blocks away. The unit is on the second floor. There was plenty of public space for all 8 of us in the living/dining/kitchen space.

If I could give this place more stars, I would! We traveled with 5 adults and 2 kids and this condo was perfect for us! We loved the location - very close to Poipu beach. The condo had beach chairs, toys, and a cooler that we were able to use; and we were very thankful for those! The kitchen contained everything we needed. We put together a couple puzzles on a rainy day on the island. The in-suite washer and dryer was perfect. We also utilized the nearby Athletic Club almost every day. The people at Suite Paradise were very quick and responsive to any questions we had. We also had a late flight and they were able to accommodate a very late checkout. We loved it here and will definitely look at booking it again in the future!

We have never stayed in a resort rental that had so many amenities. More than we needed! Nicely furnished, clean, and oh so comfortable. Our blender quit working and even tho it was the end of the day another one was delivered within 10 minutes...talk about good service. Our only remark is that the key to the pool area did not work well and the spa did not agitate. But we just went to the other pool area where everything was working!

Not knowing what to expect our condo to be we were amazed at the high-end home that we would have for our stay! We arrived after the office had closed and the locked key box worked great. I would only change the name of the sports bar in your literature to Kalapaki Joe's for easier identification of the rental office. The front desk was very accommodating to any issues that we had. A great place to stay for our family wedding.

This is the second time my family has rented a condo at the Poipu Kai Resort. This condo was perfect for our family of 8. It offered central air conditioning, lots of out door gear(cooler, fins, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc) lots of space to relax and best of all, it was a short stroll down to Poipu Beach. Even though it was fronting a road, we didn't have any problems with noise. All the kitchen appliances were top notch and there were 10 beach towels, so plenty for all of us. A tremendous bonus was having a washer and dryer. That allowed us to pack lightly and yet not run out of clothes. We would definitely stay here again!
