Loved this condo for our family vacation. Very comfortable, within walking distance to multiple beaches and two different pools on the property. Access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club was a major perk and the waterslide was the highlight for kids. Would definitely stay here again!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The unit matched the description and photos and was exceptionally clean. The view to the ocean was lovely. The location is excellent ... we were able to walk (or drive 5 minutes) to Poipu Beach and enjoyed fantastic snorkeling as well as green sea turtles and seals on the beach every day. Because of the bugs on Kauai they fumigate often. My sister-in-law is immune compromised and would not be able to stay were they to fumigate our unit. We were given a few days notice and, when we explained our situation, they refrained from fumigating our unit. That was greatly appreciated. The staff at Suite Paradise were very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and things to do. The only negative thing I could say is that one of the single beds needs a new mattress. Otherwise the unit was excellent.

We LOVED our stay. Poipu beach was only a 15min walk and amazing place to spend the day with our two year old, snorkeling, playing in the water and watching sea turtles on the beach. The views from the balcony were incredible, the living space was open and spacious and the mast bedroom/ bath was really. The host was responsive and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay. It felt like home…. but in paradise. Stunning views and amazing accommodations. There was no Air Conditioning, but we didn’t once feel like we needed it. We just opened the windows and let the breeze do what it does best. The only negative thing to say was that the master-bedroom mattress was ROCK hard. I jokingly asked my wife if she thought it was granite or marble. And the other negative thing was the two roll-away mattresses that the facility provided us for kid #3 & 4 felt like stiff springs covered in single-ply paper. We were able to remedy the issue by piling up the bed spreads as a mattress topper and placing the mattresses on the floor. With all that being said, my wifey and I would hands-down stay here again. The positives far outweigh the small negatives. And, who knows, the issues might already be fixed. We would recommend and revisit.

We arrived at your Poipu Sands condo 123 late Wednesday, April 14 for a 3-week stay.  We were pleasantly surprised at the safe and sanitized sticker on the entry door, and the unit was indeed safely sanitized.

As we unpacked our belongings, we found so many wonderful provisions, from the deep soft towels in the bathrooms to the various number of items in the kitchen.  There were more than 4 knives, forks, and spoons (which we definitely desire and use), the bowls were plentiful, and oh, my gosh, there were many plastic containers (for leftovers, etc.), a variety in other units where we have stayed around the world.  Paper towels and TP were plentiful too!, while not always what has been provided for our use.  The spaciousness of the living room welcomed us, as did the flowing air provided by the running fans.

We noticed the attention to detail by providing many drawers (our absolute favorite for clothes) in the bedrooms and bathrooms.  The walk-in shower is spacious, again with amenities of a shelf and/or counter in the shower itself, not just somewhere else in the general area.  Closets are spacious and PLENTY of hangars were a big plus!

Since we only drink tea, we asked for and received a tea kettle the second day.  We replaced the battery in the clock to no avail.  It would be great to have at least 1 living room clock to tell us the time, but not a biggie!  Also, the screen door to the lanai does not slide easily, but maybe some oil would help.  Again, not a biggie!

All in all, your unit is well appointed with lots of extras that we do appreciate.

We will be back, and we will ask for time in your unit again.

We absolutely loved it here. The location was great pretty well central to everything. View from the lanai was beautiful just as in the picture. We would have early morning coffee on the lanai listen to the waves and watch surfers. The condo was very clean. Everything you need is made available by the owner, and the owner was very responsive to any question asked. We hope we will be able to visit here again one day.

We had a wonderful time. My daughter got married at Plantation Garden on August 3rd. 

I was so pleased with our condo. The view was exactly (even better in person) as portrayed online. I was so worried about it not having A/C, but it turned out to be just fine. The easterly trade winds that I was told about were actually a real thing that made the temp and breezy-ness of the condo just wonderful! And I was so surprised and pleased with the extra amenities that were throughout the condo! All of the nice little touches made our trip that much more special.
 I thought that this would be my one and only trip to Hawaii, but I am already considering and anticipating a one-year anniversary trip for us all!

PS 123 is a great unit. It has a wonderful view of the cove in front of the Hyatt and also the mountains to the side. The trade winds were blowing the entire time during our visit and that provided a good cross breeze in the unit. There is some road noise at night in the back bedroom when the windows are open but we got used to it.

Suite Paradise tended to all our needs promptly and professionally. The condo was well located with wonderful views. The home was furnished comfortably and it met all our needs. The unit was private and also very quiet.
