My husband and I enjoyed our stay here and it was perfect for the two of us. Although there is no air conditioning, they did provide portable air conditioners which helped a little bit in the living area of you kept the curtains closed and worked great in the bedroom when leaving the door closed. The property management was so friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the tv and they had the repairmen to our condo within 1/2 hour to fix it.

Comfortable, clean well-equipped apartment with a lovely view of the sea and sunsets. The only thing that prevented us from giving it 5 stars is that it was noisy - both from the road behind and the pool in front of the condo and from the nearby restaurant. The noise wasn’t terrible and perfectly fine during the day but it did get annoying in the late evening and at night.

We did a lot of research on properties before booking Kahala 133, and even after we were a little worried due to some of the previous reviews, but our stay was amazing. The condo itself was spectacular. Very spacious, very open, nice view of the water from the balcony, and had great amenities which made it feel very much like home.
We were concerned about the lack of air conditioning, but the staff provided us a handful of fans, which helped tremendously. Though it did get a little warm and muggy throughout the later afternoon hours (like from 4p-6p), we really weren't in the condo at that time so it wasn't a huge issue for us. Once the sun went down and the breeze picked up, it actually got slightly cool.
We also were a little worried, due to previous reviews, about the road noise. Unless you were trying to take a nap during the day, we didn't hear much of anything throughout the evening/night. Though you can somewhat hear the cars passing by, during the night time hours, there wasn't much of any traffic so it wasn't an issue.
The accommodations with the Athletic Club were awesome, and we used them daily. This was a huge benefit for us trying to keep with our workout routines, and allowed a great pool to enjoy when the salt water got too much.
The staff at Suites Paradise was also amazing. We were unable to do a late check-out, which was rough being that our flight was so late in the evening, but the staff allowed us to store our stuff at their office, provided us with beach towels to go hang out at the beach, and the Athletic Club provided a nice retreat to wind down, shower and depart. We had an amazing trip, and these were such wonderful accommodations. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this unit, and Suites Paradise to all fellow travelers.

This was our second time reserving through Suite Paradise, we were fortunate to get two weeks in an amazing unit on very short notice. The condo had all the amenities of home, loved the washer and dryer availability, the geckos were a favorite, the roosters not so much! Watching the rolling ocean waves, and the dancing palm trees provided the peace and relaxation we wanted. Everything is within walking distance, some great hikes, whale watching and lots of turtle watching. A short walk to Kalipaci Joe's provided, good food and good service. Staff was friendly and courteous, we will book again.

* Friendly reception at Office. * Very helpful concierge service. * Cozy and comfortable home away from home with all necessary amenities. * Great location -- close to beach and shopping centers/restaurants, very close to the pool and tennis courts as well. * Love the view of beach and garden. * The toilet is very slow flushing.

We arrived in Kauai on our first trip to Hawaii and had no idea about the place. We had reserved a "Beach Cottage" in anahola that turned out to be real dump and needed to immediately find someplace else to stay. We found Suite Paradise through an internet search, and they saved our vacation. This beautiful condo has an ocean-view, balcony, great floor plan, clean, well furnished, and at an extremely reasonable price. It really was a vacation-saver, and so were they! Great service, great place, great price!

I'm not sure I could ever replicate our trip to Kauai. Our stay at Suite Paradise was everything I had hoped it would be. Our condo. overlooked the pool, tennis courts and then the ocean. The grounds were beautiful and clean. The pool was tended to daily as well. There were activities going on daily such as water aerobics and drop in tennis which we were able to participate in. The restaurant at the condo had wonderful food and many T.V.'s for the sports enthusiasts. I would definately recommend Suite Paradise to family and friends and definately stay there again.

The personal were friendly and helpful. Late check-in was easy and just as advertised. Directions given via email were perfect and easy even in the dark.Tthe home was exactly as shown in the photos, clean and very well equipped as advertised. There is and washer/dryer with detergent and dish washing soaps. There was everything we needed in the kitchen. The location was perfect for us. There is a great ocean view and it and it's nice to have a pool at the bottom of the stairs; there is also a local bar/restaurant next door. Poipu is a great area for the condo style vacation. There are 2 groceries in Koloa, 4 miles away. There's a post office and lots of little shops. The other way has fancier shops and restaurants. The beach is right there and a local we spoke to on the north shore said that the best south snorkeling is by the Beachhouse Restaurant just down the road. You can rent any gear at Poipu beach, just outside the complex. There is no aC but that is not a problem at the end of June. There is HBO and free WiFi; also 2 TVs, a stereo that will base an iphone and a DVD player. (There's RedBox equivalent at the local grocery). Parking is free! and you have your own space. Over all it's a great experience and truly a great value for money. There is no elevator and the unit is not aDa ready but it was never rented as such! The third floor has a fantastic view of the surf, the gardens and trees and the million or so birds (who wake up at the crack of dawn!). I would recommend this unit and Suite-Paradise to all my friends.

Very nice place. Comfortable, scenic, roomy, great amenities. A lot of stairs, if you are older or have problem with stairs. Being right over the pool, not so great if you want quite. Bedroom at the back, by the main road, noisey, due to no air conditioning, and the window shutters open for air. Not complainng but these are the facts.

From day one of a five week stay we felt at home! The lovely decor, layout and amenities added to our comfort . We so enjoyed the "lanai' with the many different birds, the ocean view...we often commented that it was always like looking through a postcard! Having the w/d, walk in closet - for extra storage, handy vacuum....we were totally self contained! Kalapaki Joe's next door has great food and music! You do need a car to see the island,to enjoy the local restaurants and to grocery shop.....but coming "home" to Kahala #133 is so very pleasant!
